When we went to California last March to host a Kingdom conference, we took note of the eighth sign of Elisha being fulfilled.
As most of you know, these Elisha signs began on April 12, 2009 at Manassas, VA with a declaration of the start of the Elisha Ministry. Since that time we have seen the steady fulfillment of the miraculous signs in the life of Elisha. In March of 2010 we began to see the eighth sign emerging. It began when we crossed the Rubicon River in California on March 8, 2010. The expression, “crossing the Rubicon,” means going past the point of no return.
What we did not know at the time was that this was not the completion of the eighth sign, but only the beginning.
April 20, 2010—Jerusalem linked to Babylon
This was the next major watch date, since it was 1470 days (3 x 490) after Ariel Sharon was formally removed from office on April 11, 2006.
The day earlier, April 19, was 1,290 days after we poured out the seventh bowl of wine on Babylon, NY. (That was done on Oct. 7, 2006.)
The convergence of such important time cycles told us that we were to watch this time very carefully. The BP oil disaster was the event that unfolded. It told us that the disaster had something to do with the casting out of “Ariel,” i.e., Jerusalem (Isaiah 29:1). It is the casting out of the bondwoman (Gal. 4:30), which connects to the most important event in modern history—the casting out of Jerusalem, as described in Isaiah 29:1-6 and Jer. 19:10, 11.
Jerusalem is also Babylon, for when that “great city” is overthrown (Rev. 18:21), we read in verse 24,
24 And in her was found the blood of prophets and of saints and of all who have been slain on the earth.
In Luke 11 we read Jesus’ own condemnation of the city of Jerusalem:
49 For this reason also the wisdom of God said, “I will send to them prophets and apostles, and some of them they will kill and some they will persecute, 50 in order that the blood of all the prophets, shed since the foundation of the world, may be charged against this generation [offspring, race],51 from the blood of Abel to the blood of Zechariah, who perished between the altar and the house of God; yes, I tell you, it shall be charged against this generation.”
Most people do not understand how those people could be charged with the responsibility of killing all the prophets and apostles since Abel, the first martyr. Why not hold “Babylon” guilty?
First of all, Babylon was only the start of the succession of empires. The mantle was passed to Persia, then Greece, then Rome, and the “little horn” and finally the feet of iron and clay. The judgment of the Stone Kingdom falls upon the feet of this image. The judgment is based upon what the head, arms, belly, and legs did during their reign on the earth, but the judgment falls upon whoever is sitting upon the feet of the image.
The people of the Old Jerusalem worked very hard to gain financial control over this Babylonian image, and the “little horn” in particular, which is the extension of Rome. When they succeeded, they became the ones liable for all the sins of the Babylonian empires back to the beginning.
Jesus warned them to stay off the feet of this image, but they would not hear of it. Jesus told them in Matt. 21:44,
44 And he who falls on this stone will be broken to pieces, but on whomsoever it falls, it will scatter him like dust.
This was a warning taken directly from Dan. 2:35,
35 Then the iron, the clay, the bronze, the silver, and the gold were crushed all at the same time; and became like chaff from the summer threshing floors; and the wind carried them away so that not a trace of them was found. But the stone that struck the statue became a great mountain and filled the whole earth.
Hence, Jesus was telling the Pharisees that if they were found ruling the Babylonian image when the time came to judge the world system, they would be ground to powder (KJV) and scattered like dust (NASB).
Moreover, as Rev. 11:8 says,
8 And their dead bodies will lie in the street of the great city which spiritually is called Sodom and Egypt, where also their Lord was crucified.
The Greek word for “spiritually” is pneumatikos, which means “by the aid of the Holy Spirit.” In other words, the place where Jesus was crucified (Jerusalem) is called Sodom and Egypt to those who understand this by the aid of the Holy Spirit.
Most people today cannot make that connection, because they support the Old Jerusalem and consider Hagar to be the mother called to bring forth the promises of God (“Isaac”). They need some help from the Holy Spirit to open their eyes.
And so, BP’s oil disaster on April 20 is linked by time cycles not only to Babylon but to Jerusalem as well.
The Hagar Factor
The reason divine judgment affects America is because this nation has been backing Jerusalem and is sworn to protect it and support it to the end. America and much of the Church is thus treating Hagar’s children as if they were the chosen people, called to rule the world. But when the time of divine judgment hits them, and when Hagar is cast out, we cannot help but be affected to whatever extent we attempt to protect Jerusalem from God.
This involves a deeper problem, of course, which is the spirit of Hagar that has prevailed in the Church for many centuries. The people demanded a king, a man to rule over them in place of Christ’s direct rule. The Church then became a bondwoman, having an indirect relationship with Christ.
This problem reached its culmination in 606 with the proclamation that the Roman Bishop was the Universal Bishop, to whom all other bishops must submit as children of Hagar. Three years later, then, God brought judgment upon the Church by raising up Mohammed, a literal son of Hagar and Ishmael, to show us what it would mean for the Church to be a bondwoman.
God usually judges us by answering our prayers and giving us what we desire. The Church desired the spirit of Hagar, so God raised up the specialists in that field. It came to be known as Islam, “obedience,” a school of religious bondage. Islam will continue to bring divine judgment upon the Church until we cast the bondwoman and her son out of the Church.
This Hagar mentality originally took form as the desire to submit to men, rather than to God. Like the people in Saul’s day, Christians wanted a king, but they did not want God to reign over them (1 Sam. 8:7).
Today the problem has taken the form that prevailed during the ministry of the Apostle Paul—the Judaization of the Church. Paul fought hard against it in the first century, and ultimately he won his case only after Jerusalem fell in 70 A.D. That event validated Paul’s gospel and opened the eyes of the vast majority of the Christians at that time.
In the twentieth century the same problem has re-emerged, but today it is called Christian Zionism. The law of God is not the problem. The problem is what we do with the law. Our way of implementing the law is determined by the Covenant by which we administer the law. Christian Zionism allows the law to be implemented by the Old Covenant; true Christianity implements the law by the New Covenant.
Christian Zionism presumes Hagar-Jerusalem to be the chosen “mother” of the promises. It presumes also that her children of the flesh (“Ishmael”) are the ones chosen to rule the earth and implement the Law through the Old Covenant in the Age to come.
The solution today will be the same as in 70 A.D., because this is the only way that the Christian Zionists of today will see the fallacy in supporting the Hagar faction. God will again cast out the bondwoman and her son, but this time the divine judgment upon Jerusalem will be permanent.
Back in 70 A.D. God’s army was Rome, for in the parable of Matt. 22:1-7 Jesus concludes,
7 But the king was enraged and sent HIS ARMIES and destroyed those murderers, and set their city on fire.
Today, God has raised up a new army of Islamic people to do His bidding and enforce His judgment upon the city. Jer. 19:11 says that the city and people will be broken as a potters vessel that cannot be repaired again. This was partially fulfilled in Jeremiah’s day when Babylon destroyed Jerusalem. It was partially fulfilled again in 70 A.D. But each time Jerusalem was rebuilt, or repaired. This third and final destruction will be permanent, as the prophet spoke by inspiration of the Holy Spirit.
God has continued to use the physical offspring of Hagar (Arabs) and their Islamic allies to bring judgment upon the Church. This is their calling. Their calling will continue until the Church repents. When the Church casts out spiritual Hagar (Jerusalem) from its midst, then the Islamic people will no longer be needed for this purpose, and they will come to Christ in massive numbers.
The Warfare
Mohammed reported being told by the angel Gabriel that he was the “comforter” who was promised in John 16:7. There is only one Holy Spirit, and the genuine one is that which came upon the 120 disciples in the upper room in Acts 2. All others are counterfeits.
So we either have the true “oil” of the Spirit, or we see the counterfeit (crude oil). This is the great conflict that has been going on in the heavens for a very long time, and it occasionally manifests upon the earth.
Right now it is a conflict between the River of the Holy Spirit (Mississippi River) and the oil in the Gulf Basin. The war in the heavens is spilling over into the earth. It is ultimately a conflict between the counterfeit and the true Holy Spirit. Which will prevail in the Church and in the world? The true is the Spirit of Truth which sets us free as children of Sarah. The counterfeit deceives us and puts us into bondage as children of Hagar.
So the oil in the Gulf is an earthly manifestation of a spiritual problem in the Church. The counterfeit Holy Spirit has deceived many Christians into identifying Hagar as their spiritual mother. The solution is the true Holy Spirit represented by the Mississippi River, originally known in Spanish as The River of the Holy Spirit.
It may look hopeless to many, but I believe that the true Holy Spirit will win in the end.
The Solution
We held a local conference on July 10 and 11 just north of Minneapolis. Fran Fisher was one of the speakers, and since she was coming from Arizona, she wanted to come a day early in order to see the headwaters of the Mississippi River coming out of Lake Itasca in northern Minnesota.
So we decided to plan this trip for July 9. Afterward, we realized that this was not just a tourist trip. This was something ordained of God. Revelation came through others that the oil disaster in the Gulf was the climax of the eighth sign of Elisha in 2 Kings 4:38-41.
The sons of the prophets gathered gourds to make some veggie stew, but someone had picked up poisonous gourds that brought “death in the pot.” Elisha’s solution was to put (barley) meal in the stew, and this neutralized the poison.
It was revealed to us that the “Gulf Basin” was the “pot” that had “death” in it because of the oil spill. The Hebrew word for “pot” is also translated cauldron and basin in Scripture. Even Mexico’s president is named Calderón, which means a cauldron in Spanish.
Once this connection was made, we could see that this was the eighth sign of Elisha. Up to then, we had assumed that the eighth sign was completed last March and that we were looking for the ninth sign. In fact, we wondered why the ninth sign did not occur at Passover in April, nor even at the Second Passover in May. It seemed to disappear.
In seeing the oil disaster in the Gulf Basin as the “death in the pot,” things finally began to clarify.
We did not take long then to receive the revelation that we were to cast barley meal into the headwaters of the River of the Holy Spirit, which would then empty into the Gulf Basin and bring life out of death.
So 19 of us made the trip to the headwaters on July 9, where we cast barley into the river at 2:16 p.m. We joined in Communion and sang There is a River that flows from deep within. Fran got her wish and walked across the Mississippi River. It was about knee deep and about 20-25 feet across.
We knew then that this disaster would have a solution. The oil would not continually flow until it polluted all the oceans and destroyed life as we know it, as many had predicted. July 9 was the point when God decreed, “It is enough.”
In other words, America and the world will receive a certain level of judgment from the spirit of Hagar, but not enough that we would be utterly destroyed.
Then, 144 hours later, on July 15, 2010 at 2:25 p.m. BP announced that they had successfully capped the oil well. This was 6 days and 9 minutes after we had cast barley into the River. Six days, multiplied by 24 hours per day gives us 144 hours, the gematria of “the elect” in Romans 11:7. The gematria of Lazarus is also 144, which has to do with the dead being raised (John 11).
The extra 9 minutes was God’s way of connecting 144 with 153 (“The Sons of God”), because 144 + 9 = 153.
Of course, we will still have to deal with the aftermath of all this pollution and destruction of life in the Gulf. And there are still more leaks in the floor of the Gulf that we will have to find a way to resolve. But I believe we have reached the apex of judgment insofar as the signs of the times are concerned. The signs always occur before the actual events, and we are now seeing the culmination of the divine judgment upon America for her support of Hagar-Jerusalem and Ishmael-Judaism.
What Does it Mean?
If you recall from FFI #263, I explained how Apollyon (or Abaddon) was connected to this oil disaster. I showed also that Apollyon was divided into two parts, or “two bears” bringing two judgments in the Middle East. The first brought judgment in Gulf War I, but now we are seeing the work of the second “bear” whose job it is to destroy Jerusalem.
I know that God would not allow us to do anything to stop this oil disaster until its purpose had been fulfilled insofar as judgment is concerned. Apparently, we reached that climactic point on July 9; hence, we were told to decree life in the cauldron to overcome death.
What this suggests is that July 9 was the spiritual point in time where the second bear fulfilled his divine calling to destroy Jerusalem. It is now fully established in the heavens and will be manifested on the earth according to whatever time cycle has been decreed by the divine court.
Keep in mind the old revelation: July is like September. This indicates that July 9 is like September 9, and this makes September 9 the first major watch date in connection with the possible destruction of Jerusalem. September 9 happens to be Rosh Hoshana this year. I had the insight many years ago that Jerusalem would be destroyed on Rosh Hoshana of some year. Or perhaps events will begin on Rosh Hoshana that will finally result in Jerusalem’s destruction.
Will it be this year? Certainly, it is a major watch date. Given the fact that a great armada of naval ships from the US, Israel, and Germany are positioned in or just outside the Persian Gulf right now, poised to attack Iran-Persia, gives us more reason to think it could be this year.
The Two-Year Delay
On August 7, 2008, the nation of Georgia (in the region of the Caucasus) attacked South Ossetia in order to try to bring it back under their control. The next day (8/8/8) Russia attacked Georgia in retaliation.
This was the 888th anniversary of the founding of the Knights Templar in 1120 A.D., where they were officially recognized by the Patriarch of the Kingdom of Jerusalem at Nablus.
Further, the South Ossetia border is 888 miles from the Temple Mount.
The gematria of Jesus (in Greek) is also 888, showing the fingerprint of who was really behind this war.
America grumbled. The Israelis complained. Georgia screamed. But Russia’s attack postponed a much greater war that was being planned for that year. The USA and the Israelis had planned to attack Iran from the main airbase in Georgia, but Russia bombed the runways, making such an attack nearly impossible. They had no choice but to postpone the war.
It appears now that it is a two-year delay, same as in the first Gulf War. Recall from my booklet, The 1986 Vision of the Two Gulf Wars, that we were led to conduct a prayer campaign of spiritual warfare on August 2/3, 1988 in order to stop the war between Iran and Iraq that had been fought for nearly 8 years at the time. Our revelation was that if we did not stop this war, America would be drawn into it, and we would send a half million troops into the region.
We took Apollyon (the first “bear”) captive then. A year later, August 2/3, 1989 this “bear” was released, because our victory was only temporary. One year later, on August 2/3, 1990, Iraq invaded Kuwait, and we soon sent a half million troops to fight Gulf War I.
In other words, our victory in 1988 succeeded only in delaying the inevitable war for two years.
It looks now as if the war between Russia and Georgia in 2008 delayed the war with Iran for two years as well. If this proves to be the case, it may be that the same dates would be important. Hence, we should watch August 7/8 for possible repeating events from 2008.
This delay of judgment upon Jerusalem has also meant a delay in the Open Door Ministry by which the Gospel of the Kingdom will be preached to the ends of the earth. In September of 2008 I was sent to preach the Word in South Africa. I thought that this would be the start of this Open Door Ministry.
But then came the delay. It appears that the delay of war has also delayed the Open Door Ministry. So we will wait and see how things develop in the next few months.
