Preparing for the Kingdom

Today is the 35^th anniversary of my rebirth in 1981. It was the day I was caught up in a spiritual battle that changed my life forever. Old things passed away that day; all things became chaotic. Fortunately, the chaos was only a temporary transition from one world to another.

Some months later, in June of 1982, I began to hear the voice of the One who had engineered the situation, the Chaosmeister, who told me within the first week that this transition would last 12 years. I was horrified and thought surely it was to last only 12 months. Well, the worst of it did last 12 months, a time that I came to know as my “wilderness experience.” I often referred to it later as wilderness survival training. But after that was complete, the next 11 years was a time of learning how to relate to a spiritual world, the second heaven, the place between this world and that of the throne of God, the place where spiritual warfare is ongoing.

This time of training ended November 12, 1993, which is 23 years ago. At that time I was commissioned to issue a “call to arms” for a prayer campaign called the Jubilee prayer campaign from November 21-29, 1993. By this time we had moved to Seattle, arriving November 5, 1993.

This launched an 8-year series of prayer campaigns that culminated on November 1-14, 2001, and 15 years later (2016) we are just now seeing the first fruits of that prayer campaign emerging into this dimension. Dr. Pieczenik tells us that a second American Revolution began on November 1, 2016. He stated again on November 10 that this Revolution was won. His credentials are impeccable, and his reports line up with my understanding of spiritual timing, so I believe his report.

Therefore, it appears that I can report to you with some confidence that Babylon “is fallen, is fallen” (Revelation 14:8; 18:2). John was not stuttering when he wrote this. It implies two “falls” that follow the law of the double witness. The first “fall” was on September 11, 2001, where it fell symbolically in the form of the Twin Towers. But Babylon was given an extension of life for another 15 years—similar to Hezekiah’s extension of life in 2 Kings 20:6.

September 11, 2001 itself was the culmination of a three-year period from the same date in 1998, when President Bill Clinton humbled himself at the Congressional Prayer Breakfast, fulfilling the prophetic pattern in the story of King Ahab (1 Kings 21:29; 22:1). Bill himself was a type of Ahab, who usurped the vineyard at his wife’s urging. But because Bill humbled himself, the nation was given a three-year grace period before divine judgment struck on 911.

I believe that insiders within the intelligence community, along with political leaders, conspired to bring down the Twin Towers by demolishing it with explosives from the inside. God used their devious plan, however, to ensure their own demise. The Twin Towers were a great financial center of Mystery Babylon. In other words, they judged themselves. They thought they were doing it to bring about a Police State and to gain more power in the name of “security,” but in fact, they set the spiritual pattern for the downfall of Mystery Babylon—the real Twin Towers.

This was the first time that Babylon “is fallen.” We have now seen the second “is fallen” in 2016, most visible in the defeat of Hillary Clinton, who is the physical manifestation of the spirit of Jezebel, Ahab’s wife. Dr. Pieczenik has given us a peak behind the curtain to let us know that this defeat is far more than a mere upset in the electoral process. It was the start of a revolution.

A big sign of Hillary’s soon-coming defeat was visible on September 11, 2016, when she collapsed at the 911 memorial in NYC. While being treated at Chelsea’s apartment, one of her doubles was hired to come out and reassure everyone that she was fine. The pretense was evident by the fact that she came out with no secret service personnel to protect her, and that she hugged a 12-year-old girl (stage prop), even though she was said to have pneumonia. Further, Hillary’s double had tweeted earlier how excited she was because she had been called to duty, and she even included a picture of Chelsea’s apartment.

So Hillary’s collapse on September 11 was a manifestation of the Twin Towers collapse that took place 15 years earlier on 9-11. She then lost the election at 2:40 a.m. on November 9 (or 11-9), which in other countries is written as 9-11.

The bottom line is that Hillary lost the election on 911, which ties her to the prophetic events in 1998 and again in 2001, and a third time in 2016 when she collapsed. If you want to understand spiritual things (and the ways of God), look for coincidences.

This second American Revolution is not limited to America. What happens in America affects the rest of the world. The nations understand this, and that is why there is world-wide interest in the elections in America.  But like most Americans, the people of other nations are largely unaware of times and seasons. Most do not understand that from 2014-2017 we are coming to the end of “the times of the gentiles,” that is, the rule of “beast” powers that began with Nebuchadnezzar of Babylon.

The rule of these “beasts” (lion, bear, leopard, and nameless beast with iron teeth and feet), along with the “horns” (extensions), was to be a period of “seven times,” or 360 x 7 years. Many prophecy teachers a century ago thought Babylon would fall in 1914-1917, which was 2,520 years after the rise of Babylon (607 B.C.) and the fall of Jerusalem (604 B.C.). They had the right time frame—and much did happen at that time—but they failed to account for the century in which the reigning beast was denied rulership over Jerusalem (163-63 B.C.). That century, then, had to be added at the end to give the beasts what was given to them by divine contract. Hence, the time really ends from 2014-2017.

We must view this second American Revolution in that context. This is not limited to America. It is tied to the entire Babylonian succession of beast empires. That is what “is fallen, is fallen.” The first fall (2001) was a harbinger, as Jonathan Cahn calls it, that is, a foreshadowing of something greater yet to come. The second fall (2016) is the real deal.

Just as in 2001 the Babylonian oligarchs planned to use the demolition of the Twin Towers as an excuse to overthrow seven Mideast countries in five years, as testified by General Wesley Clark, so also the election of Hillary Clinton in 2016 was supposed to prepare the way for World War III with Russia. Putin openly stated that if Hillary won the election, there would be World War III. He expected it, and I believe his intelligence organizations had uncovered the plot. Hence, the Russian parliament cheered when it was announced that Trump had won the election. They do not want a devastating war that could render most of the earth uninhabitable.

God in His mercy and grace (911) has cancelled the plans for World War III. The Pike Plan from the late 1800’s succeeded in fomenting the first two world wars, but Russia and China—and now the US intelligence and military organizations—have risen up to block the final step to kill most of the people in the earth. Luciferian religion will not replace Islam, Judaism, and Christianity, as he projected.

In my view, we will still see some chaos for at least a year here in America. The real war and destruction, however, will be limited to the Mideast and particularly to Jerusalem and the Israeli state. Jeremiah 19:10, 11 must yet be fulfilled, along with Isaiah 17:1, where Damascus is to “become a fallen ruin.”

As I see it, 2017 is the deadline in this conflict, because that is when God’s contract with the beast nations runs out. God contracted with these prophetic “beasts” in order to bring judgment upon Judah and Jerusalem for their violation of the Old Covenant vow of obedience. The Dominion Mandate—which the Chinese call the Heavenly Mandate—had been given to Judah in Genesis 49:10, but when the kings of Judah usurped power and refused to repent, God then gave it to Nebuchadnezzar (Jeremiah 27:5, 6, 7, 11). He was the first “beast,” but when Babylon fell to Medo-Persia, the mandate was transferred to the second beast (pictured as a bear in Daniel 7:5).

We have passed through an entire succession of beasts now, and in the end Daniel 7:22, 25, 27 tells us that the mandate will be given to “the saints of the Most High.” He does not say it will be given back to the kings of Judah, from whom it had been taken. Instead, it will be given to Joseph (that is, the people representing Joseph, who are the overcomers).

The mandate had been given to Judah only temporarily, “until Shiloh comes, and to him shall be the obedience of the peoples” (Genesis 49:10). Shiloh was a town in Ephraim, one of the tribes of Joseph. Joseph’s dream, where the other brothers (including Judah) was to bow before him (Genesis 37:9, 10) shows us that Judah must give way to Joseph in the end. For this reason, Daniel does not see the mandate being returned to Judah, but rather it is given to Joseph and the overcomers, “the saints of the Most High.”

This is where we are today. All of you prospective overcomers have been in training for what is soon coming. If you are of the Joseph company, the body of Christ in His Joseph manifestation, then you are an inheritor of the birthright that was given to Joseph (1 Chronicles 5:1, 2). When Jacob separated the Dominion Mandate from the Birthright, he gave the dominion to Judah temporarily. But when the breach is repaired, Joseph, the Birthright holder, will be given the Dominion Mandate as well.

It is NOT the case, as so many think, that Judah will get the Birthright. Rather, Joseph will get the Dominion Mandate. That is how the two sticks of Judah and Joseph will be reunited. Judah, along with everyone else, will benefit from the blessings of the Birthright as long as he (and they) are in union with Joseph.

Christians, who often think that they must become Jews (Judah) in order to obtain the Birthright, are mistaken. They must become Ephraimites, not Jews. Ephraim means “double fruitfulness,” and he is the one who prophetically carries the Fruitfulness Mandate, which is the main course of the Birthright. It is the right to become fruitful—that is, become Sons of God.

We are now getting close to the coming of Christ as Joseph, with His robe dipped in blood (Revelation 19:13; Genesis 37:31). We are the generation that needs to understand these prophetic things in order to prepare for His coming.
