Olive Branch Prayer Campaign

We are being led to hold a one-day prayer campaign today, naming it after Winter Storm "Olive" that is currently hitting the northern states. I believe that this has a few layers of meaning. First, we are asking that His Spirit be poured out, represented biblically by olive oil. Secondly, we extend an olive branch to the nations of the world, instead of aggressive threats and acts of war.

Olive Branch Prayer Campaign (February 23, 2023)

Heavenly Father, we come before your Divine Court with praise and thanksgiving in the name of Jesus and under His blood.

We come to repent on behalf of America for its attempt to set up a counterfeit kingdom that is based on what it calls "Democracy," but which is actually the kingdom of Mystery Babylon with its financial system, culture, and immoral system. We recognize Jesus Christ as the only true King of the world, according to the First Commandment.

We repent on behalf of America for its numerous foreign wars designed to impose its domination (hegemony) over all the nations of the earth. We recognize that any war that is not in accordance with Your will is simply an exercise in murder.

We repent on behalf of America for its weaponization of the dollar through sanctions to force its will upon all nations of the earth. We recognize that all sanctions that are imposed apart from Your will is simply an exercise in theft or unlawful destruction of property.

We repent on behalf of America for its duplicity and for its practice of breaking its treaties whenever it desires. We recognize that broken treaties are a violation of the Ninth Commandment in regard to bearing false witness.

Acting in our name, this government has violated all of Your commandments, but we hereby repudiate those sinful policies and ask that You would forgive us, putting all our sins under the blood of Jesus. Give us righteous government, we pray, for we acknowledge that You alone can to do this by direct intervention. We invoke Your New Covenant promise, wherein You took upon Yourself the responsibility to do this.

Empower righteous men and women with the authority to establish Your Kingdom here in America and around the world. Enlighten their eyes, teach them Your Word, and break all opposition that would seek to prevent them from rising to fulfill their callings.

Thank-you, heavenly Father, for hearing our prayer and for answering according to Your perfect will.
