In my weblog for February 18, 2023, on “What is Wisdom?” I mentioned that the numeric value of chokmah (“wisdom”) is 73.
Job 12:12 tells us,
12 Wisdom is with aged men, with long life is understanding.
Scripture does not define “aged men,” but the numeric value of chokmah (“wisdom”) is 73. Perhaps this may suggest something.

Last evening, I was watching a video on Elijah Streams, where Johnny Enlow was being interviewed. He spoke about the number 73 in relation to the Asbury Revival and about one of Asbury’s most famous graduates more than a century ago—Dr. E. Stanley Jones.
The interview is quite long, but he begins discussing the Asbury Revival at 1:18:20. He also connects it with the recent Superbowl, where the final score was 35-38 (adding up to 73).
Anyway, I thought these comments were interesting, in that I had just written about 73. It does not seem that Johnny Enlow knows that “wisdom” is 73, but you do.
