Normally, I sleep well at night. But last night my sleep was troubled. Though victory was declared on January 27 and realized (in spirit) on February 16, the victory was only in relation to the pattern of Passover—that is, the Second Passover.
The war is coming into a new phase, as we face the Amalekites in the wilderness. Yet even before that, there might be a “loose end” that must still be resolved in relation to the Passover theme. We have not yet seen the Judas factor emerge. A Judas betrayal does not manifest every year at Passover seasons, but this is what troubled me last night. It seems to me that because we are in such a momentous Passover season this year, this should certainly include an appearance of Judas.
I try not to be paranoid. In fact, I am normally quite the opposite. But last night I was troubled, as if I were peering into the night, sensing danger.
Protection Prayers
The good news is that since late December we have been praying for divine protection. We first prayed to protect the “manchild” from the slaughter of the innocents (December 25-30). This spared Bradley from the main effects of a seizure that came out of nowhere on December 30. This was unusual because the angel had healed him of daily seizures more than a year ago. But thankfully, he was sitting down when this hit him, so the damage was limited.
Then again on January 22-29 we prayed for protection, and the enemy plans were exposed and defeated miraculously by the Interpol agent who intervened. The enemy was forced to retreat and stop blocking the funds in question. This protection also applied to the Freedom convoy in Canada which was just starting at that time.
Finally, on February 14 (the prophetic type of the Second Passover) we met to pray a third prayer of protection. In Canada, this occurred at the end of the Freedom convoy, after Trudeau invoked the Emergencies Act. The protesters—let’s call them the New Protestants—needed special protection, as Trudeau intended to treat them all as “terrorists.” Though Trudeau was somehow forced to withdraw the Emergencies Act on February 23, it is yet unclear if he will return the stolen money to the truckers or release the political prisoners. So far, he continues to act as if the Emergencies Act were in force.
The Freedom convoy in America began yesterday, as truckers left their staging area in California and began driving toward Washington D.C. Pray for them, because there is no doubt that the feds have already prepared a plan to plant weapons or even to incite violence, so that the government has an excuse to treat them as terrorists. Public demonstrations and protests are difficult unless they are designed and organized by the government to support another bill that will give them more power and control.
The situation in Ukraine will probably be used as an excuse to arrest people for opposing the US government’s policies. They will probably be charged in the press for supporting Putin and then be charged by police as terrorists. If any of you plan to support the truckers financially, please don’t leave a financial trail back to your bank account. Learn the lesson that Trudeau taught us.
Ukraine
When the Soviet Union collapsed in 1991, they drew up an agreement with NATO. NATO promised not to expand into Eastern Europe. No former Soviet state would be allowed to join NATO. That promise was as worthless as the paper it was written on.
In 1997, three former Warsaw Pact countries, Hungary, the Czech Republic, and Poland, were invited to join NATO. After this fourth enlargement in 1999, the Vilnius group of the Baltics and seven East European countries formed in May 2000 to cooperate and lobby for further NATO membership. Seven of these countries joined in the fifth enlargement in 2004. The Adriatic States Albania and Croatia joined in the sixth enlargement in 2009, Montenegro in 2017 and North Macedonia in 2020.

In 2013, the US State Department sent Victoria Nuland to bring Ukraine into NATO as well. The US government fomented a revolution, ousted Ukraine’s president on February 22, 2014, and installed its own puppet government. This was the real start of the Ukraine problem today. All we hear now is about Putin’s “expansionist policies,” while ignoring NATO’s expansionist policy which started the current conflict.
After the US-led coup, the large Russian population in Ukraine began to be marginalized by their own government. Russia recognized the threat to its own military base in The Crimea and moved within days to secure it from the US-led threat. Then The Crimea overwhelmingly voted to become Russian territory, and Russia recognized their decision, taking over the Crimea in February 2014.
This past week (2022) Russia finally moved to recognize the independence of the provinces in eastern Ukraine which had already declared their independence. These areas identify more with Russia than with Ukraine. Perhaps the Biden disaster in Afghanistan showed them just how impotent Biden is, and they calculated that the US would huff and puff but be helpless to do anything more than imposing the usual financial sanctions.
Nonetheless, there are real dangers out there in the geopolitical world, simply because there are many in the US government who beat the war drums instead of repenting for their own sins in fomenting the coup in Ukraine in 2014. Some of us have memories that extend beyond 8 years, so we remember the US-led coup that started this mess. The press parrots the standard government line that “Putin started the fight when he struck back.” But we know who actually struck the first blow.
If that sounds unpatriotic, let it be known that my loyalty is not to this Babylonian government but to the Kingdom of God. I do not intend to support a lie just because men think it is the patriotic thing to do.
The truth will set you free, Jesus said. Our level of freedom is directly proportional to the amount of truth that we believe.
