To us, the year from 2015-2016 was the “Year of the Wind,” essentially launched with our Jubilee declaration on September 23, 2015. We connected it to the resurrection from the valley of dry bones (Ezekiel 37). Not everyone saw it this way, of course, because men’s agendas differ.
On December 8, 2015 on the Feast of the Immaculate Conception, Pope Francis launched his Jubilee known as the “Year of Mercy.”

Pope Francis pushed opened the huge bronze Holy Door of St Peter's Basilica in Rome to launch the Catholic Church's "Year of Mercy".
Tens of thousands attended a Mass in St Peter's Square for the start of the Pope's "revolution of tenderness"….
At the end of the Mass, Francis opened the basilica's Holy Door. He said that by passing through it, Catholics should take on the role of the Good Samaritan.
It is the first time the Holy Door has been opened since the Great Jubilee in the 2000 called for by St John Paul II. It has been bricked up since then….
Announcing the extraordinary jubilee in March, the Pope said the Holy Door was a "Door of Mercy, through which anyone who enters will experience the love of God who consoles, pardons and instils hope".
For the first time, he has instructed churches and cathedrals to take part in the tradition of the Holy Door, to help Catholics mark the jubilee at home rather than coming to Rome.
Pope Francis has long signalled his wish to change the Church's approach from condemnation of wrongdoing to a Church that is more forgiving and understanding of its flock, our correspondent says.
This extraordinary jubilee year is seen as a practical way of giving expression to that wish.
Pope Francis took many by surprise when he announced in September that, as part of the jubilee, parish priests across the world would be allowed to absolve repentant women who asked for forgiveness for having an abortion, even though Church teaching still terms abortion a grave sin.
Considering Pope Francis’ increasing silence and, perhaps, his approval of abortions, it is clear that he is moving away from the traditional stand against abortion. By siding with the New World Order, Francis has allied himself with the “new” Catholics such as Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi, who fully support abortion.
There has always been forgiveness for “repentant women” who have had abortions. But it appears that the pope was using this as an excuse to move the church toward toleration of abortions and, ultimately, to characterize Agenda 30 as an act of “mercy.” The Roman Church has traditionally asked Catholics to have more children; Agenda 30 is a reversal of that policy.
But another issue surfaced at the same time, perhaps connected to the pope's version of the Jubilee. It involved a complete reversal of the Church's doctrine of salvation. The Roman Church officially shifted its view from Replacement Theology to Dual Covenant Theology.
Replacement Theology
The Roman Church has traditionally believed in “Replacement Theology,” which says that the Church replaced the Jews as God’s chosen people. I take issue with the word “replacement,” because Jews were never replaced. The fact is that there were always two types of Jews, good and bad. Jeremiah describes them in terms of “two baskets of figs” (Jeremiah 24:1, 2). The fig tree was the biblical symbol of Judah. One basket contained figs that were very tasty (to the prophet and to God), while the other basket contained rotten figs.
In other words, some Jews were righteous in God’s eyes, and these were known by their fruit. The others were unrighteous in God’s eyes, and these too were known by their fruit (Matthew 7:17-20). In Jesus’ day, the good figs recognized Jesus as the Messiah, the bad figs rejected Him and crucified Him (John 1:11).
For this reason, God cast out the evil figs and retained the basket of good figs. The good figs were never replaced. They remained as true “Jews,” a fig tree to which many other people were engrafted thereafter. Paul says in Romans 2:28, 29 that those Jews who remain under the Old Covenant—with its sign of physical circumcision—are not Jews at all, nor were they ever Jews in the sight of God.
Only those who have submitted to heart circumcision are Jews by God’s definition. “He is not a Jew who is one outwardly,” Paul says, “but he is a Jew who is one inwardly.” Judah means praise, so Paul says of these true Jews, “his praise is not from men but from God.” In other words, his status as a member of the tribe of Judah is not by men’s definition but by God’s definition of a Jew.
It is clear, then, that the good figs did not replace the bad figs. The good figs were always the true Jews as God sees it. The bad figs were never true Jews, because God never praised them for their fruit. The bad figs were exposed and cut off, while the good figs remained. When Jerusalem was destroyed in 70 A.D., the evil figs were cut off, but the Christians living in Jerusalem escaped to Pella, because they took heed to Jesus’ warning about the city’s destruction.
Replacement Theology, then, was never the truth. The truth was that the good fig tree grew and prospered as people from all nations were grafted into it. When the evil fig tree was cut down and cast into the fire in 70 A.D., the good fig tree flourished. In fact, so many other people were grafted into this fig tree that soon men began to think of it as being an entirely different tree. That error led to the idea of that the fig tree had been replaced by an entirely different tree.
When the Jewish state was established in 1948, the popes were careful not to refer to it as Israel, because the Roman Church was said to be the true Israel, having replaced the Jews. This changed on March 21, 2000, when Pope John Paul II went to Jerusalem to proclaim his blessing to “Israel.” By applying the term Israel to the Jewish state, the pope was proclaiming a shift in theology, telling the world that it no longer believed in Replacement Theology.
The pope arrived on Adar 14, which, to many Jews, was Purim. For the pope, it was the preparation day for Passover, Abib 14. For this reason, he held mass in Bethlehem the next day on the feast of Passover, Abib 15. The difference is due to the different methods of determining the months on the Hebrew calendar.
In Appendix B of Secrets of Time, I explained how the Jews examined the barley at Jericho at the end of twelve lunar months. If the barley was ripe and could be used to wave a sheaf on the first Sunday after Passover, then they declared that this was the start of the first month (Abib). If it was not yet ripe, they declared it was the 13th month of the previous year, and Passover was then postponed for another month.
After the fall of Jerusalem, it was no longer possible to determine the first month by that method, so they devised a new formula that no longer depended upon ripened barley. Instead, the new month depended on the new moon appearing before the Spring equinox. The church, however, said that Passover always had to be celebrated after the equinox. The two systems usually coincided, but once in a while, they did not.
In March of 2000, the two systems differed. The Jews added a 13th “leap” month, while the church did not do so. Hence, March 21, 2000 was Purim for the Jews, but Passover for the Church.
The problem was that the Roman Church was shifting toward Dual Covenant Theology, which claimed that Jews were saved by a covenant of their own and did not need Christ to be saved. This appalling doctrine rebuilt the dividing wall that Christ had torn down (Ephesians 2:14), creating two methods of salvation.
Passover, of course, speaks of one’s salvation, representing Justification by faith in the blood of the Lamb. So the pope came to Jerusalem on that day to proclaim its blessing on “Israel,” but only later (2015) did we learn that he was replacing Replacement Theology with the heretical teachings of Dual Covenant Theology.
In essence, this “Theology” claims that Jews are saved by believing in Moses, while Gentiles are saved by believing in Jesus. If a Jew follows the law, then he is saved; if a Gentile has faith in Christ, then he is saved. The New Testament writings refute this entirely, but the Vatican now finds it necessary to adopt their new theology in the name of fighting anti-semitism!
Are Jews Saved Apart from Christ?
On December 10, 2015 a news article was published with the headline: Catholics should not try to convert Jews, Vatican says.
Catholics should not try to convert Jews and should work with them to fight anti-Semitism, the Vatican said on Thursday in a major new document that drew the Church further away from the strained relations of the past.
Christianity and Judaism are intertwined and God never annulled his covenant with the Jewish people, said the document from the Vatican's Commission for Religious Relations with Jews.
"The Church is therefore obliged to view evangelization to Jews, who believe in the one God, in a different manner from that to people of other religions and world views," it said….
The document coincided with the 50th anniversary of a revolutionary Vatican statement that repudiated the concept of collective Jewish guilt for Jesus' death and launched a theological dialogue that traditionalists have rejected….
A Vatican expert in Catholic-Jewish dialogue said it was the first time a repudiation of active conversion of Jews had been so clearly stated in a Vatican document.
Paul was not saved by his faith in Moses. Neither was Peter. All of Jesus’ disciples were required to believe in Jesus, though they were from Judea and Galilee. Paul says in Romans 3:20,
20 because by the works of the law no flesh will be justified in His sight…
Hence, in its attempt to fight “anti-semitism,” the Roman Church has denied Jews the opportunity to be saved through the only way prescribed in Scripture. Acts 4:12 says,
12 And there is salvation in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven [including the name of Moses] that has been given among men by which we must be saved.
This Vatican document, reported in the article above, makes it clear that the Roman Church has openly sided with the beast system of Mystery Babylon in this battle of Armageddon. Until recently, the popes had pretended to side with Christ, but the declaration of the transfer of authority in 2014 pulled aside the veil of secrecy and drew them out into the open.
