Our prayer campaign, Dismiss All Who Bind, was stalled for a few days, as we did not realize that the enemy had filed a petition against us in the Divine Court on October 24, 2014. Some friends, however, discerned this petition immediately and wrote to me, saying, “We were told that something had been filed against the overcomers in the heavenly court. We were told not to do anything other than to tell you.”
Such petitions must always be answered, since the Divine Court allows everyone the right to file such petitions. However, God did not let us answer it immediately, as we first needed to discern the nature of this petition, so that we could answer it properly.
On the evening the October 31, we learned that a church had accused the overcomers of false teaching. We were led to take an oath of innocence, as this is the provision in the law for such cases (Numbers 5:19-22). This put the matter into God’s hands for judgment. If we were to take an oath of innocence while guilty, God will judge us for perjury under the Ninth Commandment. Furthermore, the accusers have no choice but to leave the judgment in the hands of God.
This oath of innocence settled the matter and allowed us to proceed with our prayer campaign. At the same time, God gave us the same promise given to the disciples in Acts 1:4, 5,
4 Gathering them together, He commanded them not to leave Jerusalem, but to wait for what the Father had promised, “Which,” He said, “you heard of from Me; 5 for John baptized with water, but you will be baptized with the Holy Spirit not many days from now.”
This told us that the promise of God was not imminent and that we should wait patiently, because it will surely come at the time appointed by the Father. This apparent delay was also reflected on a national level in America itself. The “Freedom Tower” opened for business on November 3, 2014 during our prayer campaign.

The Freedom Tower
After the Twin Towers were demolished on September 11, 2001, politicians such as Tom Dashle and John Edwards, proclaimed in speeches that they intended to fulfill Isaiah 9:8-10,
8 The Lord sends a message against Jacob, and it falls on Israel, 9 … asserting in pride and in arrogance of heart: 10 “The bricks have fallen down, but we will rebuild with smooth stones; the sycamores have been cut down, but we will replace them with cedars.”
The day after the Twin Towers were demolished, Senator Tom Daschle addressed the world in the Joint Response of the Nation on the Senate floor in Washington D.C., where he said,
Mr. President, it is with pain, sorrow, anger, and resolve that I stand before this Senate, a symbol for 212 years [since 1789] of the strength of our Democracy, and say that America will emerge from this tragedy as we have emerged from all adversity, united and strong.
The world should know that the Members of both parties in both Houses stand united. The full resources of our Government will be brought to bear in aiding the search and rescue and in hunting down those responsible and those who may have aided or harbored them.
Nothing, nothing can replace the losses that have suffered. I know there is only the smallest measure of inspiration that can be taken from this devastation. But there is a passage in the Bible, from Isaiah, that I think speaks to all of us at times such as this:
“The bricks have fallen down, but we will rebuild with dressed stone; the fig trees [sycamores] have been felled, but we will replace them with cedars.”
This is what we will do. We will rebuild and we will recover. The people of America stand strong together, because the people of America have always stood together. And those of us privileged to serve this great Nation will stand with you.
On September 11, 2001 the old sycamore tree, which stood near the chapel at Ground Zero, was hit by a steel beam from the North Tower and was “cut down.” It was replaced on November 22, 2003 with a cedar, called the “Tree of Hope.”

So Isaiah’s prophecy was complete, foretelling Daschle’s “pride” and “arrogance” (Isaiah 9:9) in defying the message from the Lord.
Three years later, political candidate for president, John Edwards, made a speech on September 11, 2004, where he said,
Good morning. Today on this day of remembrance and mourning, we have the Lord’s Word:
“The bricks have fallen, but we will build—with dressed stones; the sycamores have been cut down, but we will put cedars in their place…”
Let me show you how we are building and putting cedars in those three hallowed places, the Towers, the Pentagon, and the Field. Walk with me through this day and you will see that while those bricks fell and the sycamores cut down, our people are making those cedars rise.
I always find it fascinating how God causes the ungodly to prophesy in ignorance. In quoting Isaiah, these politicians have expressed openly what is in the heart of the American people as a whole (not everyone, of course, but the majority). It is the message that regardless of what God does to wake us up and show us that we are in danger of divine judgment, America will demonstrate its strength and resolve by rebuilding instead of repenting.
However, they quietly forgot that the cedar which they planted, the so-called “Tree of Hope,” died in spite of great efforts to keep it alive. It was finally uprooted quietly, as people discovered in August of 2014. I have not been able to find any news account about when this happened.
It is clear, however, that the so-called “Freedom Tower” stands today as an arrogant rejection of God’s warning to America, and the uprooted “Tree of Hope” is God’s response to their arrogance. The timing of the “Freedom Tower” opening during our prayer campaign suggests that man-made freedom without repentance only puts America further into bondage. We were thus called to pray, “Dismiss All Who Bind.”
Creator’s Rights
The prayer campaign was based on the premise that the Creator has rights. The law of God establishes and defines all rights, and so our Declaration of Independence makes it clear that God is the Author of God-given rights. It declared that “the Laws of Nature and of Nature’s God” were pre-eminent. Nature, at the time, was synonymous with the Creator, and Natural Law was God’s law. Governments can only grant privileges and are called to defend our God-given rights.
This feature, for as long as it lasted, is what made the American form of government unique among the nations, for it recognized the sovereignty of God over all governments on earth. But in 1993 our Christian Republic was overthrown and replaced by a Secular Democracy. Evil men proclaimed the government to be independent from God, making government the highest power, and giving governments the right to create their own laws that defined the rights of men.
Back in 2008, Ecuador became the first modern nation to legally recognize the “Rights of Nature,” giving “Nature” legal standing in the courts of law. America’s government has bristled against Ecuador for taking this stand, as it exposes the hearts of evil men in our own government.
In the end, our prayer campaign called Dismiss All Who Bind will succeed in removing these evil men so that they can no longer oppress us. However, some level of repentance must first occur among the people themselves before God delivers us. It is the same with any nation.
Nullifying the Law of the Little Horn
The emperor Justinian proved by his actions that he was the little horn prophesied in Daniel 7:24, 25. He is the one who altered times and law by changing the Roman calendar in 526 A.D. and then by changing Roman laws to conform to Church law (529-534). His laws were published on November 16, 534 A.D.
“Known as the Codex Repetitae Praelectionis, this second edition of the Code was published on November 16, 534 and took effect on December 30.”

Church law was better than Roman law, of course, but it was drawn up by men who had an Old Covenant mindset. Hence, Justinian’s laws were based on men’s understanding of God’s law, rather than the law of God itself. This resulted in a Feudalistic order of society, which turned most men into serfs and slaves. There was no equality in such an order and certainly very little freedom. The saints who opposed them were persecuted.
1,480 years later brings us to 2014. Recall that the number 1480 is the numeric value of Christos in Greek. Jesus died on the cross on the 1480th Passover since Moses led Israel out of Egypt. The year 2014 was another 1,480-year cycle.
On the night of November 13, 2014 we were led to issue a decree nullifying the law of the little horn, not realizing that 2014 was 52 Jubilees since the decree of King Cyrus of Persia, which allowed the Judeans to return to the old land in 534-533 B.C.
The Decree
On this day, November 14, 2014, we do hereby decree that we break, dissolve, nullify the contract that was written and declared by the Little Horn, Justinian, the Constitutions that were published in 534 A.D.
We do hereby break the curse and blindness that was put on the land, people, and church, which also pertained to Israel at Mount Sinai and again in 534 A.D. under Justinian.
We do hereby activate and release the Jubilee to the nations.
We declare God’s right to rule through the saints of the Most High.
We decree a blessing to all families of the earth and to all the land and to the universe, past, present, and future generations.
