The rise of the saints, part 8

Operation Jericho was a seven-day prayer campaign, organized by Jeff Bremer in the St. Paul/Minneapolis area from September 11-17, 2011. When I heard about it, I knew that this was very important and that I had to take part in it.

The plan was for people to drive once each day on the highways (494-694) that encircle the Twin Cities, much like marching around the city of Jericho. On the final day people drove around the loop seven times and then congregated at the State Capital in St. Paul to speak the word. The main purpose was to break down the denominational walls and unify the church.

At the State Capital, one person was assigned to read each of the messages to the Seven Churches in Revelation 2 and 3. (My assignment was to read the message to the church at Thyatira in Revelation 2:18-29, regarding the Jezebel church.)

The next day Vanita sent me an email with an interesting confirmation of Operation Jericho.

Yesterday I tore the end of my finger badly on a large rusty nail and was advised and I did realize I needed to go to Emergency. Upon arriving I was placed in a wheel chair since the waiting area was full. The service worker who had wheeled me in was standing next to me and her pager was right by my ear. I suddenly clearly heard coming from the speaker of the pager at her waist, “Operation Jericho—The walls are falling down.”

I took a second breath and said to the nurse assistant, “What was that about?” and she responded to me, “About what?” and I repeated what I had heard to her. She said, “Oh, I don't know, I wasn't listening”. Much later I asked the doctor while she was putting 5 stitches in my finger about what I had heard, and her only comment was that when they get a deluge of people, the workers sometimes say funny things.”

I'd say it wasn't funny, but prophetic!!!!

Jericho

Though Jeff was led by the Spirit to conduct this prayer campaign, I knew that its significance was much greater than even he knew. The most striking feature was that it began exactly ten years after the demolition of the Twin Towers in 2001, where we saw the fulfillment of the prophecy in Isaiah 30:25, 26,

²⁵ On every lofty mountain and on every high hill there will be streams running with water on the day of the great slaughter, when the towers fall. ²⁶ The light of the moon [lebanaw, “white”] will be as the light of the sun…

It is a prophecy about the outpouring of the Holy Spirit, which is often pictured as rain. So we saw beyond the disaster to the deeper purpose of God, which was to demolish the towers of financial Babylon and prepare for the outpouring of the Spirit. Jericho itself was the prophetic type in the Old Testament that corresponds to Mystery Babylon in the New Testament book of Revelation.

The name Jericho comes from the Hebrew word yerach, “moon.” For this reason, I have referred to Jericho as Moon City. However, Isaiah 30:26 refers to the moon as lebanaw, “white,” referring to its brightness and color—perhaps to picture a full moon. The word also means “frankincense,” which, in powder form, was white. The Bible uses frankincense as a prophetic promise of transfiguration.

After the Twin Towers were demolished in 2001, we began to look for a Jericho sign, according to the prophecy in Isaiah 30:26. Operation Jericho was launched ten years later on September 11, 2011, and its significance was not lost on those who were watchful.

The Hezekiah Factor

In the story of Hezekiah, we read in 2 Kings 20:9-11, [Note: 9-11]

⁹ Isaiah said, “This shall be the sign to you from the Lord, that the Lord will do the thing that He has spoken; shall the shadow go forward ten steps or go back ten steps?” ¹⁰ So Hezekiah answered, “It is easy for the shadow to decline ten steps; no, but let the shadow turn backward ten steps.” ¹¹ Isaiah the prophet cried to the Lord, and He brought the shadow on the stairway [sun dial] back ten steps by which it had gone down on the stairway of Ahaz.

The actual promise given to Hezekiah was “I will add fifteen-years to your life,” (2 Kings 20:6) and the prophetic sign of this was that God would turn back the clock ten steps. I received the revelation of the Hezekiah Factor on October 2, 1994 (27 years ago today! Coincidence?).

In this case, Operation Jericho was the prayer campaign on September 11, 2011 which turned the clock back ten years to September 11, 2001—the day when the walls of Jericho-Babylon were demolished. In other words, the prayer campaign came ten years after its results occurred in the earth. Of course, in 2001 we did not yet know of Operation Jericho, but God knew. He created Time and is therefore the Lord of Time.

But we must also understand the fifteen-year extension of life that this prophesied. This cycle went from 2001-2016. On September 11, 2016, Hillary Clinton collapsed during the memorial service at “Ground Zero” where the Twin Towers had been demolished. We recognized this as the sign that she would lose the 2016 election. She was a type of Jezebel, who was overthrown by Jehu (2 Kings 9:30-37). Donald Trump played the role of Jehu in destroying the house of Ahab and Jezebel (Bill and Hillary Clinton).

There were many prophecies playing out in this scenario, but we should not forget that the most important thing was the prophecy of the rain, the former and latter rain, which was a symbol of the outpouring of the Holy Spirit. The events we saw in 2001, 2011, and 2016 were designed to prepare the way for this outpouring of spiritual rain. That is made clear in Isaiah 30:25.

The Death of Hezekiah

When I first received the revelation of the Hezekiah Factor in 1994, I understood that we were to declare the Jubilee two years later in 1996. This Jubilee was to be applied ten years earlier in 1986, because that was the 120^th Jubilee from Adam, and no one had declared the Jubilee at that time. Yet God had already taken that failure into account and had made provision for us to declare the Jubilee late—and yet on time.

So we declared the Jubilee on the appointed time, September 23, 1996, and asked that God would turn the clock back so that the Jubilee would be declared legally on the Day of Atonement of 1986. By adding the fifteen-year extension of life, we come to September of 2001, when the Twin Towers were demolished, and this, then, became the start of a new Hezekiah cycle, as I have already shown.

Yet another layer of prophecy was seen by viewing the Jubilee declaration of 1996 as the start of Hezekiah’s extension of life. By this view, Hezekiah lived fifteen more years (1996-2011) and then died. So at our Tabernacles conference at the Millennium Hotel in St. Louis, Missouri on October 7-9, 2011, the revelation came forth that Hezekiah had died and that his son, Manasseh, had begun his reign at the age of twelve. (See 2 Kings 21:1.)

This was perhaps the most important revelation that came out of the Tabernacles conference in 2011.
