With the decree fully in force on October 16, 2014, the Babylonians were put on notice to prepare for the transfer of their authority to the saints three years later. However, having seen the prophecy in Jeremiah 50:33 that Babylon “refused to let them go,” I had no expectations that they would comply with the decree from the Divine Court. Further, I understood that God intended to bring judgment on Babylon for its noncompliance and to transfer its wealth to the saints of the Most High.
So I was surprised when, as I was awakening on the morning of October 18, I learned that the beast system was in compliance. They had agreed to step down in 2017. Being skeptical, I questioned God about this, and He revealed that He intended to issue an additional decree which would make the Babylonians noncompliant.
Now we all know that one may comply to the will of God outwardly but still rebel inwardly. Many have joined the Christian religion when they are forced with an ultimatum. In fact, this is what happened with the Edomites (Idumeans) who were given an ultimatum by John Hyrcanus in 126 B.C. He conquered the Edomites and gave them an ultimatum: either become Jews or go into exile. They chose to become Jews and adopt Jewish religion.
See Josephus’ Antiquities of the Jews, XIII, ix, 1, where he writes,
“… and they were so desirous of living in the country of their forefathers, that they submitted to the use of circumcision and the rest of the Jews’ ways of living; at which time therefore, this befell them, that they were hereafter no other than Jews.”
Did their conversion to Judaism bring them salvation? Of course not. Most of them simply joined a religion and conformed to outward forms. The use of force and coercion saves no one.
The same principle, then, was to be used with the Babylonians in our time. The saints were about to conquer and replace the Babylonians as rulers over the earth. The Dominion Mandate was being passed down to the fifth kingdom—the stone kingdom described in Daniel 2:35, saying, “But the stone that struck the statue became a great mountain and filled the whole earth.”
Counterfeit Compliance is Unacceptable
The Babylonian sorcerers realized that their time was expiring, so they made an effort to comply. They agreed to join the Christian religion, but the intent of their hearts was to continue their practice of witchcraft privately, hoping to rise again another day. Their hearts were laid bare, and this was unacceptable to God. Although there are many church members, no one can be a citizen of the Kingdom of God without genuine faith in Jesus Christ. God requires more than lip service.
The Babylonians, represented by their sorcerers, had no intention of crucifying the old man of flesh. They had no intention of receiving heart circumcision, because they lacked New Covenant faith. They did not want to become children of Abraham by following His example of faith in Romans 4:21, 22. They wanted to remain as “tares among the wheat” (Matthew 13:25), which Jesus interpreted as “sons of the evil one” (Matthew 13:38).
There are tares in Saul’s kingdom, but there will be no tares in the kingdom in the age to come.
In fact, some of these Babylonian rulers are already members of some church denomination. They are the tares among the wheat that are to be removed by the reaper angels (Matthew 13:41). Tares look like wheat until harvest time. Tares pretend to be wheat until the end of the age, when their black, poisonous “fruit” become evident for all to see.
In essence, the Babylonian rulers were saying, “We are members of a church denomination. We are wheat. We are in compliance with the Court order.” But God’s response was this: “Neither church membership nor any fleshly religious practice that the old man might perform will justify anyone in the Divine Court.”
As a result of this revelation, we were led to make the following declaration, distinguishing ourselves from the tares:
Declaration of October 19, 2014
"Heavenly Father, We come before Your Divine Court. We thank and praise You for Your revelation and the knowledge of Your mind, and what You want to do in the world and in this nation now. Father we thank You for distinguishing and defining what the truth actually is in relation to the old and the New Man.
On that basis, we declare on behalf of the Divine Court, knowing Your will and knowing the mind of Christ in this matter; we declare that the New Creation Man is the truth and is the true belief system by which we can all be saved. So Father we agree with You in condemning the old man, and establishing the new. We pray Father that all who are on the earth would come to that knowledge of the truth; so that they too can walk after the Spirit rather, than after the flesh; so they can be set free from the elements and rudiments of this world, and the teachings and the materialism and all this orientation where we are dependent upon the flesh, or that we have confidence in the flesh; that it could somehow, someway bring forth the Kingdom of God.
So Father, we declare before You our intention, for all those here, that we are the New Creation Man; we are no longer the old creation man. We identify with You, this is the true “I,” and we declare our intention to follow after the true “I” that is in compliance with the Law of God, rather than the law of sin and death.
We thank You Father for hearing this and for doing this in the world.
In the Name of Jesus." [Amen by all.]
If the present-day Babylonian rulers can profess Christ and come into agreement with this Declaration, then they will be treated as equals in the Kingdom of God. If any go on to become overcomers, then they will be able to reign with Christ in the age to come. Three years (from 2014-2017) did not give them much time to be transformed from a sorcerer to an overcomer, but if one was to take this seriously, it was not impossible. After all, it took less than two years for the Israelites to go from Egypt to Kadesh-barnea, where they might have entered the Promised Land.
Whether or not any of these sorcerers took advantage of this opportunity, God knows. We gave them one week to comply with God’s will and to conform to the divine standard. But I do know that the Babylonians prepared to fight God. Their diabolical plan soon became evident.
The Depopulation Plan
A week after making our Declaration, I wrote a weblog entitled, “Uncle Sam’s Depopulation Plan,” saying,
Given that President Obama’s new “Ebola Czar” thinks that overpopulation is the biggest problem on earth, we should ask if perhaps ebola is part of his solution.
“I think the top leadership challenges in the world today is how to deal with the continually growing population of the world and all the resources demands in places on the world.” -Rom Klain
Those who push for population control seldom tell people how they want to reduce the world’s population. Is it through the creation of new diseases at the CDC? Should the US government push for more wars around the globe? Should we sterilize young girls through vaccines? Should we use public schools to teach children that it is okay to murder their unborn children? Should we promote homosexuality?
One thing is clear… if people don’t stop having children voluntarily, the plan is to kill off most of the people on planet earth by force. This will be done in the name of saving the earth from all of these people. Of course, the political leaders themselves think that they will be the ones spared. They plan to murder everyone else.
This has been written as the first principle on the Georgia Guidestones: “Maintain humanity under 500,000,000 in perpetual balance with nature.”
The earth’s problem is not overpopulation. The problem is that under the Babylonian system, the earth cannot support this many people. The Babylonians are also afraid of a popular uprising, so they feel they must somehow reduce the population to a more “manageable” level. So their plan is to destroy the earth; God's plan is to save it.
Under God’s system of government and economy, the earth could easily provide for 100 billion people and more. New technologies already exist that could end poverty, provide free energy, and feed the world. But those new technologies are suppressed, because the Babylonians do not want men to be free. They want men to be “manageable,” i.e., enslaved to them.
If we ever run out of space here on earth, there is a vast universe that could be colonized. The technology already exists and is being used even now. When the saints are given the Kingdom, huge changes will take place—moral changes (law), governmental changes, economic changes, technological changes, etc. Then the earth will become the Paradise that God intended from the beginning.
Ultimately, as Kingdom-minded people, that is our goal. For this reason, our prayer is this:
“Your Kingdom come, Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven.” (Matthew 6:10)
