As the feast of Tabernacles drew near in 2014, I was led to baptize two couples at the Mississippi River. It was not a baptism for the remission of sins but a prophetic baptism to prepare for the feast of Tabernacles. The baptism occurred on October 4, the Day of Atonement, which was also the day in 29 A.D. when Jesus was baptized in the Jordan River to prepare for His ministry.
The Day of Atonement was also the day that the twelve spies gave their report in Numbers 13:25-33. On that occasion, the Israelites lacked the faith to enter the land, so they were unable to inherit the promise of God for another 38 years.
The question we faced in 2014 was whether or not we had the faith to enter the Promised Land in our time. Obviously, once again there are many Christians today who, like the Israelites of old, have less faith than the overcomers. So instead of asking the two couples to express their faith in Jesus Christ—which they had already done in the past—I asked them if they were willing to enter the Promised Land and to conquer the world (“Canaanites”) with the Sword of the Spirit.
Their positive response represented the decision of all the overcomers, who live by New Covenant faith.
This baptism was performed on the east side of the Mississippi River. We would soon hold our Tabernacles conference on the west side of the river, as if to suggest a Jordan crossing.
Meanwhile, we were led to say “amen” to this proclamation of New Covenant faith for the next 12 days from October 4-16. If we had been living in the time of Joshua, these 12 days would have signified an “amen” coming from the 12 tribes of Israel. If we had been living in the time of Christ, these 12 days would have signified an “amen” coming from the 12 disciples. But in our time the “amen” came from those who are called to reign with Christ, because 12 is the biblical number signifying divine government.
Tabernacles Conference: October 10-12, 2014
As the Tabernacles conference was approaching, we decided to livestream the meetings so that those around the world could listen and participate in real time. Hence, people watching from foreign lands outnumbered those who met at the DoubleTree Hotel in Minneapolis.
The main climax of the conference was the final day, Sunday, October 12, when we took communion and then made the declaration before the Divine Court to transfer the authority from the kingdoms of this world to the saints of the Most High. This was made effective on October 16, the eighth day of Tabernacles.
The communion wine was actually homemade mead this year. Mead is a honey wine, pointing to the fact that we were entering "a land flowing with milk and honey" (Deuteronomy 6:3).
I was led to make this declaration jointly with Carolyn, who came with a group of women from Texas, representing the daughters of God. Was it just a coincidence that I had first met these women in 1991 at a conference in Meadville, PA? With Carolyn representing the female aspect of sonship, we made it clear to all that the sons of God are not complete as either male or female, but only when the two are in unity. The sonship movement in past decades, which came out of the Latter Rain movement (1948-1952) had not received the full revelation of sonship but had largely ignored the female aspect of sonship.
Our understanding is that true sonship is “neither male nor female” (Galatians 3:28) but must include both in order to be complete. When God divided Adam into male and female in Genesis 2:22, He exchanged physical unity for a unity of relationship between two unique individuals who were to become “one flesh” (Genesis 2:24). It was as if they were a single individual, and this was the kind of relationship that Jesus prayed for in John 17:21, “that they may all be one, even as You, Father, are in Me and I in You.”
Many people brought revelation to the conference, each being an important piece of the puzzle to show and confirm what God was doing at that time. Someone even brought a staff (authority) to use in this declaration. The staff had been found some time earlier at the headwaters of the Mississippi River. So Carolyn and I both held the staff when making our declaration.
It was also interesting that during our conference, the server for our website experienced a massive cyber attack that shut down the entire server for a short time. When we prayed, the site was restored. It appeared to us that some people out there are not too happy with what we were about to do.
I am always amazed that many believers do not believer that what we are doing is of any value. But there are Satanists who do believe it, and so they attack us spiritually. God often allows them to succeed partially, in order to alert us to what they are doing. In a quirky way, God uses them to confirm the importance of what we are doing.
October 16, 2014
On the eighth day of Tabernacles, October 16, we reached the end of the previous Prophetic Year, which had begun on November 14, 2013 (the 318th day of the year). This was the start of the Year of the Open Door, climaxing on October 16, when we were to open that door to enter the Promised Land.
Recall that this was when my wife and I were at the pastors’ conference at Lake Sebu.
Recall also how, a few months earlier, Bonnie Jones had dreamed about Kathryn Kuhlman prophesying about the importance of October 16. Bonnie’s husband, Bob Jones (the prophet) had died on February 14, 2014 on the anniversary of the start of the Latter Rain in 1948.

Just before Bob died, the clock in his hospital room did a mysterious thing. The hands on the clock began to move forward, stopping at 8:00 and then continuing to 12:00, where it stopped. It was as if it was pointing to the numbers 8 and 12. No one knew what it meant, if anything. But I saw it as 8/12, or October 12.
October literally means “8th month,” because it used to be the 8th month on the old Roman calendar before they made January the first month. So 8/12 can be seen as October 12, which was the day we proclaimed our intention of crossing the Jordan into the land flowing with milk and honey.
The eighth day of Tabernacles in 2014 was actually October 16, but we were led to make our declaration on October 12, which was the last day of our conference. I made it clear, however, that this would not come fully into effect for another three years (2017). Strangely enough, the eighth day of Tabernacles in 2017 was October 12.
The End of the Prophetic Year 2014
As I said earlier, our declaration on October 12 came into effect on October 16, which was the eighth day of Tabernacles and the end of the Prophetic Year.
Thirteen of us were led to gather on October 16 at the Minnesota Supreme Court in St. Paul to speak the Transfer decree on behalf of the Divine Court. We had been instructed to issue this decree at precisely 2:52 pm, because this represented the “seven times” (2,520 years) that had been given to the beast systems to hold dominion over the earth. The timing of our decree was meant to show that the time of the beasts had expired after ruling for 2,520 years.
After issuing this decree, we walked down the mall to the Veterans building, where we rang the Liberty Bell thirteen times. (This is the same bell that we rang on July 4, 2012.) This bell appears to be the only Liberty Bell that has no crack in it. It is modeled after the original Liberty Bell in Philadelphia, only without the crack.
The crack itself symbolizes a fault in the “liberty” which Americans are supposed to enjoy. The bell in St. Paul, however, was built without a crack in it, representing true liberty that comes from the Jubilee. Like all of these Liberty bells, it is inscribed with the words in Leviticus 25:10 KJV, “Proclaim liberty throughout all the land unto all the inhabitants thereof.”
The main problem was that this “liberty” did not apply to “all the inhabitants thereof.” When the bell was first rung, slavery still existed, and the nation was very much divided over that issue. In fact, if it were not for the fact that one constitutional delegate was delayed, slavery would have been abolished by the constitution itself.
Hence, the crack in American liberty would have to be repaired later, not by the Civil War, nor by the Civil Rights Act, but through biblical Kingdom government. That is our mission, and the sons of God (the overcomers) have been given that responsibility. The overcomers, however, lacked the authority to make such decrees and declarations until the dominion was transferred from the beast governments to the government of the Kingdom.
As I wrote earlier, the beast authority began to end as early as 2009 with the rise of the house of Elisha. The transfer of authority occurred from 2014-2017. Then, because the Babylonians refused to comply with the Divine mandate, we entered a 7-year time of warfare, comparable to Israel’s war against the Canaanites in the days of Joshua.
