Peru and Mexico are the two top producers of silver in the world. Two weeks ago Peru shut down its mines; now Mexico has done the same.
This is coming at the same time that demand for silver has skyrocketed, causing shortages everywhere. There is no silver available for the ridiculously low prices published on the COMEX. How long will it take before someone will establish a physical Exchange that is totally separate from the digital exchanges that pretend to have enough silver to back purchases?
Paper is cheap; real silver costs a lot more already, and this is just the beginning.
