Law Professor Francis Boyle of the University of Illinois wrote the laws on biowarfare. He is certainly an expert in the field, though he has been boycotted in recent years by most mainstream news organizations.
He shows proof that the coronavirus (in its present modified form) was a bioweapon developed in North Carolina and purchased by the Chinese through “grants.” They combined it with another bioweapon from Australia, which they also purchased and sent to their lab in Wuhan.
