Our reserved room block at the Marriott has twice filled up and been expanded. As of this writing (early April), there are no only seven rooms available for Friday night, seven available for Saturday night and only three left for Sunday night at our very special rate of $108/night plus tax. There are none left to give us for Thursday night. Not to worry, the Marriott’s sister hotel, the Renaissance Charlotte SouthPark, is providing us a block of rooms at the same rate. The Renaissance is located “catty-cornered" from the Marriott, an easy walk – as though across a parking lot. Guests may make their reservations by calling Reservations at (800) 468-3571. To receive the discounted rate, attendees must request the Stone Kingdom Ministries Bible Conference room block at the Renaissance SouthPark. Do not delay in making your reservations. The cut-off date for obtaining the reduced room rates is May 16th.
As usual, we have some people attending the conference who will be flying in to the Charlotte airport. The airport is 10 miles away from the hotel so Marriott does not offer a shuttle service. We are seeking volunteers to assist in shuttling our air travel guests to the hotel as they arrive. We are also seeking anyone who wishes to share their musical and/or vocal talent so please contact me and I can pass along your information to the music coordinator. If someone would like to share a room, we have a volunteer coordinator to whom I can pass along your name and phone number to provide you will further details about room sharing.
