The Secret Service code names for presidents are listed here: Bush's code name was Timber Wolf. It appears that they knew his reputation. All of their code names have been quite descriptive and accurate.

By asking, “Coincidence?” Q seems to be suggesting that his death was not a coincidence. It may be, of course, that he died some time ago and it was not announced until now. It is hard to say. But for him to die just before the trials begin?? Certainly, if he were not so old, he would have been tried for countless crimes, dating back to the Kennedy assassination (1963) and his days as CIA director and China ambassador in the 1970’s.
Did he get “put to death,” as was Senator John McCain?
Perhaps we will learn more later.
