The year 2018 is a pivotal year in prophecy, first because it is the year following the end of the “seven times” of beast rule over the earth. The time of beast rule had two beginning dates (607 and 604 B.C.), and so there are also two ending dates (2014 and 2017). We view the three-year difference as a progressive ending of beast rule during the transfer of authority to the saints of the Most High (Daniel 7:22, 27 KJV).
So at our Tabernacles conference in October of 2014, we proclaimed the start of the transfer of authority, knowing that this would not be complete until 2017.
We saw a similar situation from 1993-2000, which reflected the spiritual transfer of authority from Saul to David. We read in 2 Samuel 5:5 that David received authority over the tribe of Judah first, and then 7½ years later he received authority over all Israel. So also the overcomers received partial authority on May 30, 1993 when “Saul” died, but full authority did not come until November 30, 2000.
We were able to begin the prayer campaigns in 1993, but we needed the full level of authority in 2000 to finish the work in 2001.
So the 3-year transition of authority from the beasts to the overcomers (2014-2017) had precedent some years ago. From 1993-2000 the church under Pentecost lost its authority to the overcomers under Tabernacles, but from 2014-2017 the beast system lost its authority over the world to the overcomers.
That transfer of authority was completed on the 8th day of Tabernacles, October 12, 2017, and shortly afterward, President Trump actively began to fight the Deep State, the Secret Government of Mystery Babylon. His first year was spent mostly in putting the right people in place as heads of the various government agencies. Once that task was finished, Q began posting on October 27, 2017, and Trump began issuing Executive Orders (December 21, 2017) to prepare for military tribunals to bring certain treasonous officials to justice.
The Time of Visitation (2014-2018)
The start of the transfer of authority in October of 2014 also served as the beginning point of a Time of Visitation upon America and upon the world in general (all nations). The church often uses the term “visitation” in the sense of a move of the Holy Spirit or even an angelic appearance. However, the Bible uses it as a legal term to indicate a divine investigation of some complaint that has drawn the attention of the divine court.
We see this in Isaiah 10:3 KJV, Jeremiah 8:12 KJV; Jeremiah 10:15 KJV; Jeremiah 51:18 KJV, and especially in Luke 19:43, 44, where Jesus said to the city of Jerusalem,
43 For the days shall come upon you when your enemies will throw up a bank before you, and surround you, and hem you in on every side, 44 and will level you to the ground and your children within you, and they will not leave in you one stone upon another, because you did not recognize the time of your VISITATION.
Jerusalem’s “visitation” began with John the Baptist, who was assigned to look for spiritual fruit on the fig tree of Judah. As he ministered, he found no fruit on the nation, and so he said in Luke 3:8, 9,
8 Therefore bring forth fruits in keeping with repentance, and do not begin to say to yourselves, “We have Abraham for our father,” for I say to you that God is able from these stones to raise up children to Abraham. 9 And also the axe is already laid at the root of the trees; every tree therefore that does not bear good fruit is cut down and thrown into the fire.
The chief investigator was executed after one full year of ministry (Matthew 14:10), and Jesus then continued the investigation for another three years. Toward the end of the investigation, Jesus told a parable in Luke 13:6-9 saying,
6 And He began telling this parable: “A certain man had a fig tree which had been planted in his vineyard; and he came looking for fruit on it and did not find any. 7 And he said to the vineyard-keeper, ‘Behold, for three years I have come looking for fruit on this fig tree without finding any. Cut it down! Why does it even use up the ground?’ 8 And he answered and said to him, “Let it alone, sir, for this year too, until I dig around it and put in fertilizer; 9 and if it bears fruit next year, fine; but if not, cut it down.”
Soon afterward, Jesus found a fig tree that had lots of leaves but no fruit, and so he cursed the fig tree, spiritually cutting down the tree. Matthew 21:19 says,
19 And seeing a lone fig tree by the road, He came to it and found nothing on it except leaves only; and He said to it, “No longer shall there ever be any fruit from you.” And at once the fig tree withered.
So the divine verdict was issued when the time of visitation was completed. John had threatened the tree by laying an axe at its roots in preparation for chopping it down. But in John’s day the time of visitation had not yet been completed. John investigated for one year, and Jesus continued the investigation for another three years—four years in all.
Jesus’ parable in Luke 13:6-9 suggests a 3-plus-1 year investigation. That set the prophetic pattern for the investigation in our own time from 2014-2018. The overcomers were called to investigate the tree of Mystery Babylon (Daniel 4:10, 11). The first three years ended in 2017, which was the point where the full transfer of authority occurred.
The final year of dunging or fertilizing (2017-2018) ended on the 8th day of Tabernacles, October 1, 2018. Mystery Babylon has not borne fruit, so the axe is now being laid to the root of that tree.
Babylon’s Responsibility
The question is this: Why would anyone expect to find fruit on the tree of Babylon? What is the point of a visitation? Is it not obvious that Babylon cannot bring forth Kingdom fruit?
Yes, of course, these things are obvious to us. However, God’s law of impartial justice means that He must treat Babylon with equal justice in accordance with the law. Babylon must be investigated and given opportunity to bring forth fruit, just as God gave opportunity to Judah in the first century.
The lawful procedure must take place before God judges Babylon, and if we understand the divine law, we can see how this process works.
Authority comes with an equal level of responsibility. To the extent that one has authority, one is held accountable and is judged accordingly. In this case, authority over the earth was first given to Adam in Genesis 1:26 KJV, when God said, “Let them have dominion.” This authority was given to produce fruit, for Genesis 1:28 KJV says, “Be fruitful and multiply.”
When fruit is not produced, authority is being misused, and God then holds him accountable after an investigation into the matter.
The Two Mandates of the Birthright
These two mandates (dominion and fruitfulness) form the bulk of the Birthright given to Adam and passed down from generation to generation. Jacob split the two among his sons, giving Judah the dominion mandate (Genesis 49:10) and Joseph the fruitfulness mandate (Genesis 49:22).
Later, when the tribes of Joseph were divided from Judah (The Divided Kingdom), neither could fulfill its mandate. Judah lacked the fruitfulness mandate, and Joseph lacked the dominion mandate by which to bring forth fruit. As long as the two remained separate, neither could fulfill its ultimate calling. But Ezekiel 37:19 says that the two “sticks” of Judah and Joseph were to be reunited in God’s hand, and Hosea 1:11 says that the tribes would unite under “one leader” (Christ).
Only by uniting under Jesus Christ can the dominion mandate be used properly to bring forth the fruit of the Spirit that God has always required. When Jesus came the first time, the two sticks had not yet been united, so it was a foregone conclusion that Judah would fail to fulfill its responsibility. It is only in the time of the second coming that the two sticks are fully united, and this responsibility is then fulfilled in the overcomers—the saints of the Most High.
But even earlier, in the time of Jeremiah, the kings of Judah were misusing the dominion mandate, so God took it from Judah and gave the dominion mandate to Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon. This began a series of beast empires, each of which would hold the dominion mandate for a season. None of them were truly called in the ultimate sense, and yet they were each held accountable to bring forth the fruits of the Kingdom.
Each beast empire fell, one after the other, until the present time, when the final form of beast empire ran out of time. This is Mystery Babylon, and its time ran out on October 12, 2017. It was given another year of dunging, but to no avail. Now the time has come to chop down the tree, for a body of people have arisen under “one leader” to receive the dominion mandate as well as the fruitfulness mandate. These are the overcomers, who are called to rule the Kingdom under Christ, who came first of the line of Judah and comes the second time as Joseph, with His robe dipped in blood (Genesis 37:31; Revelation 19:13). The two sticks are now united, and the way has been prepared for true “Israel” to “fill the whole world with fruit” (27:6).
All previous nations who received the dominion mandate were given opportunity to be “chosen” to bring forth fruit. They all failed, because God did not intend for them to do this. Instead, God gave this calling to the seed of Abraham—those who followed Abraham’s example of New Covenant faith (Galatians 3:7, 29).
The overcomers are the first to receive this calling, and for this reason, they will receive life in the first resurrection (Revelation 20:4-6). The second resurrection will include the rest of the dead, and at that time the rest of the believers will receive their reward of “life” (John 5:28, 29), while the unbelievers will bow their knees and profess Christ to the glory of God the Father (Philippians 2:10, 11). Even so, they will have to be given time to mature spiritually, and hence they will experience the judgment of the “fiery law” (Deuteronomy 33:2 KJV; Revelation 20:15).
Then at the end of history, the creation itself will be set free from its slavery to corruption, as God declares the final Jubilee, cancelling all debt to sin by His grace alone. Everyone will then return to the inheritance that he lost when Adam sinned (Leviticus 25:10).
October 1, 2018 is the end of the final year of Visitation upon Babylon. The authority has now been transferred fully to the overcomers—those truly called to bring forth fruit. Babylon is coming under divine judgment. The earth is being set free under Christ and the overcomers to bring forth the fruit of the Kingdom that God requires.
This is a new day.
