The Iraqi army is getting useful information from Russian intelligence. They are now able to fight ISIS effectively without US help. Recently, according to this article from Veterans Today, they captured one of the ISIS commanders—an Israeli general.

The Foreign Affairs High Representative at the USA Parliament and Secretary General of the “DESI” European Department for Security and Information Ambassador Dr. HAISSAM BOU-SAID confirmed that Iraqi popular Army captured an Israeli officer whose name is Yussi Elon Shahak, based on the Intel provided by the “US international Parliament and European Department for Security and Information.” The officer’s rank is Brigadier and his military No is Re 34356578765Az231434.
This reminds us of the Israeli Brigadier killed in the Syrian city of Quneitra, while meeting with the leaders of the terrorist groups.
Meanwhile, the Iraqi Air Force bombed a convoy of ISIS leaders who were going to a high-level meeting. The US freaked out at the decimation of their employees. Early reports claimed that ISIS head, Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi may have been killed in the strike. According to a French news report, his real name is Simon Elliott, an Israeli Jew who is a long-time Mossad agent. Pictures are posted here:

An Iranian news service reported that al-Baghdadi was wounded in the attack and was flown to a Turkish hospital for treatment. Veterans Today picked up the story:
The US Department of Propaganda claimed that it made a mistake. The doctors disagree. Sadly, the US public doesn’t seem to care.
Logic would tell us that America’s attack on a hospital in Afghanistan, if justified by US government claims, would also justify a Russian attack on the Turkish hospital where Elliott is being treated. Of course, my own view is that neither ought to be bombed.
Russia continues its very effective bombing campaign against the US-backed terrorists in Syria. Russia has suddenly emerged with a reputation as a world power, totally embarrassing the US government, which looks inept at best. What the US was unable to do in years (pretending to fight ISIS), Russia accomplished in the first 24 hours.
The world only sees a stark contrast between Russia and US use of military force. Iraq is particularly incensed at US policy, because it is becoming increasingly evident that this entire policy of destabilization and the creation of failed states began in Iraq itself.
In the big picture, Russia has emerged as both a military and a moral force in the world. Russia has become the Defender of the Faith in the eyes of the Russian Orthodox Church.
Meanwhile, President Obama has become the great Persecutor of the Church.
We are moving quickly back into Cold War status similar to what was seen in the past 70 years after World War II. The main difference is that in the past century, US power was rising. Today, US power is declining, and Russia’s is rising with the backing of China.
The US is bankrupt, both morally and financially. It is militarily over-extended to the point where it now must borrow British attack helicopters.
The US military contingent in Europe has been forced to borrow British helicopters and conduct training exercises with equipment loaned by other Nato members due to budget cutbacks.
In my view, this latest Cold War will force major changes in the US government itself, changes that will be positive for most people, but negative for the Babylonian oligarchs. Most evangelical and Pentecostal Christians see the future negatively, because they have been convinced for a very long time that the ultimate enemies are Russia, whom they label as Gog/Magog (Ezekiel 38:2), and China, who they identify as the nation with the 200 million man army (Revelation 9:16) marching across the Euphrates to attack “Israel.”
In both cases, they are dead wrong. Their misperception causes them to interpret Revelation 16:12 incorrectly as well, for they fail to make the connection between the “kings of the east” and the armies of Cyrus and Darius that God raised up to set the Judeans free from Babylon. Many correctly identify the kings of the east with China and Russia, but they mistakenly think these are God’s enemies.
The blindness is caused mostly by their ignorance of history. They need to read history books, many of which are written by Jews, which shows that the Khazar-Jews of Eastern Europe are descendants of the House of Togarmah, which is one of the invaders of Israel listed in Ezekiel 38:6. In the letter written by King Joseph of the Khazars more than a thousand years ago, he traces the ancestry of his nation back to Togarmah--not to Shem, and certainly not to Israel. In Genesis 10:2, 3 Togarmah is the nephew of Gomer, Magog, Tubal, and Meshech, all of whom are listed as the invaders in Ezekiel 38. Furthermore, Togarmah's brother is Ashkenaz, and it is no coincidence that Eastern European Jews today are known as Ashkenazi Jews.
That is a major key to biblical understanding. It shows us that the invaders of “the mountains of Israel” are not Russians but Jews coming out of Russia and many other countries listed in Ezekiel 38.
That invasion occurred a century ago, and now the only part of Ezekiel’s prophecy yet to be fulfilled is their defeat at the hands of God Himself (Ezekiel 38:21, 22), no doubt using others as His proxy army.
The Israeli state is not the “Israel” of Scripture. After the division in the kingdom, Israel and Judah became two separate nations, and the prophets treat them differently. Most Christians lump the two nations together when the prophets speak of Israel and Judah. But one only has to read Jeremiah 18 and 19 to see the clear distinction between the two. The prophet compares each of them to a clay jar. The wet clay (“Israel”) was to be destroyed, or beaten down, and remade into another vessel (Jeremiah 18:4). On the other hand, the hardened clay vessel (“Judah and Jerusalem”) was to be destroyed in Gehenna (Jeremiah 19:1, 2, 3, 10, 11).
The Jewish state is not Israel. At best it might be Judah, from which name is derived the term “Jew.” The Israelites were never known as Jews, but were removed from the land by the Assyrians—and they never returned. They became known by other names, according to plain history. Therefore, modern-day “Israel” has been misnamed from the start—purposely, I believe—in order to lay claim to the promise given to actual Israelites in Jeremiah 18:4 and in other passages of Scripture.
Their choice of name in 1948 was debated among the Zionist leaders. Some thought the new nation ought to be named Judah, Judea, or the Kingdom of Judea. But other opinions prevailed, and this has served to trick many Christians into supporting that state as if it were the fulfillment of Bible prophecies regarding Israel.
Even so, Jesus prophesied that the fig tree of Judah, cursed on account of its leaves without fruit (Matthew 21:19), would return to life and bring forth more leaves (Matthew 24:32). Christians correctly identify this prophecy with the Jewish state, but then they claim that Jesus is a false prophet. They say that this “fig tree” will soon bring forth FRUIT, that is, the fruits of the Kingdom. If their view proves to be correct, then Jesus would have been wrong in saying to the fig tree, “No longer shall there ever be any fruit from you” (Matthew 21:19).
At any rate, this prophecy applies to the Jewish state, i.e., the “fig tree,” not to the Israelites of Scripture (spiritual or physical).
