The year 2006-2007, as I said in Part 1, is the end of the period of the seven bowls (vials). It is like a 7-year Feast of Tabernacles, in which a bowl of wine is poured out as a drink offering each year, rather than each day of Tabernacles.
It is most significant that this began with the year 2000-2001 (from Oct. to Oct.), because toward the end of that year we and much of the world was plunged into a "war on terror" with the events of Sept. 11, 2001. I have already written about the significance of that date in prophetic history.
This war is said to be a long-term war that could last "generations." In other words, the president and his cabinet expect it to be a never-ending war. Are we really prepared for an open-ended war that has no end? Well, now that we are in it, there is no way that we can avoid it or cut it short. Simply withdrawing from Iraq will not satisfy the other side.
Thus, Sept. 11, 2001 will prove to be the most defining date in modern American history--and probably world history as well.
We could well see some sort of culmination of events before the end of 2007. What does that mean? I do not know for sure, but I am not referring to "the rapture." Let no one say that I am predicting either "the rapture" or the second coming of Christ in any other form. I am giving you my input so that you can be watchful, as Jesus says. If you want more information on the manner of Christ's coming as defined by the biblical Feast of Tabernacles, please read my book, "The Laws of the Second Coming."
The time of the seven seals, in long-term prophecy, is the time of the Seven Church Ages:
1. Ephesus (33-64 A.D.)
2. Smyrna (64-313 A.D.)
3. Pergamos (313-529 A.D.)
4. Thyatira (529-1517 A.D.)
5. Sardis (1517-1776 A.D.)
6. Philadelphia (1776-1914 A.D.)
7. Laodicea (1914-1993 A.D.)
The Church Ages (of Pentecost) ended seven years after the 120th Jubilee (1986). This is because the events of Acts 2 (which began the Pentecostal Age) occurred seven years after the 80th Jubilee.
The 80th Jubilee occurred in 26 A.D. But Daniel's 70 weeks ended with the crucifixion in 33 A.D. The seventieth week of Daniel extended from 26-33 A.D., as I showed in my book, "Secrets of Time," (ch. 8 & 9).
The idea that there is yet a 70th week of Daniel to be fulfilled, and that there was a prophetic "gap" called the "Age of Grace" simply is not supported by history or the actual fulfillment of prophecy. The 70th week of Daniel was fulfilled from 26-33 A.D., and it overlapped the first 7 years of the 81st Jubilee.
That is why the 120th Jubilee occurred in 1986, but the Pentecostal Church Age did not end until seven years later--1993.
The Church Age correlates with the reign of King Saul in the Old Testament (40 years = 40 Jubilees). Those who are of David's company could not enter into their calling until Saul "died" in 1993. Even as Saul is represented by the Church, David is represented by the overcomers. Saul is Pentecost; David is Tabernacles.
In 1993 Pentecost began to be replaced by the feast of Tabernacles. But there was a 7 1/2 year transition, according to the pattern in 2 Samuel 5:5. Thus, the emergence of "David" (the overcomers) began on May 30, 1993 and came to fruition on Nov. 30, 2000.
What does this mean in practical terms? It has to do with ruling. It has to do with being CHOSEN to rule. And this brings an inevitable conflict between those actually chosen and those who think they are chosen.
We will cover this further in Part 3.
