if necessary of any sin that comes to mind.
As for the procedure itself, at 3 pm CST, pray that God will unite you with His people as they take communion.
Then read Matthew 26:26, and then eat some bread or wafer.
Then read Matthew 26:27, 28, and then drink some wine or grape juice.
The quantity of bread and wine or grape juice is not important.
