Here is what the US and Europe are supporting in their war to save Democracy.
They started out in 2014 by shelling the people of the city of Donetsk. This has gone on nearly every day for more than 8 years, not once targeting any military units.

Then they began to ban anything that smacked of Russian culture and language. Even Russian ballerinas were fired in Broadway, and the US government searched for ways to “legally” rob Russian citizens of their bank accounts in America (and Europe).
More recently, they decided to ban and even destroy the Orthodox church on the grounds that these churches were under the Russian Orthodox patriarch.
Finally, now President Zelensky has taken over all news media outlets, forcing them to obtain licenses which can be revoked if they deviate from the official government narrative. So essentially, they have only a state-run press, which the western media quotes directly as if it is the gospel truth. In actuality, much of it is state propaganda.
