Today is 40 years since I consciously joined the Net of Prayer on this date in 1983. It was an important moment in my time of resurrection. I did not yet realize that I had already become part of the NOP on November 12, 1981.
The NOP leader had received a revelation earlier to call the people to commit themselves to five years of prayer and intercession. I did so, and this 5-year commitment ended in 1986. That was when God told me to leave and to “Call the New Net of Prayer to prayer.” But the thought of starting a rival NOP was too abhorrent for me, so I disobeyed this word for three years. Then God worked circumstances so that I was forced to resign on October 16, 1989.
There was never any doubt in my mind that I had been called to join the NOP in 1983. But when I remained longer than I was called to do, it put me in a calling that was not mine. This put me on Cursed Time for 3 x 414 days, ending the day God moved me (and family) to Rt. 2, Box 76, Leachville, AR. This was January 27, 1990.
This was how God added the 76 “cleansing” factor at the end of the third 414-day cycle to bring me into Blessed Time (414 + 76 = 490). This time, however, it was not merely a 76-day cycle; the time of cleansing lasted as long as I lived at that address. When God finally moved us to Seattle in November 1993, this cleansing cycle ended, and I was able to lead the Jubilee Prayer Campaign from November 21-29, 1993.
Though I never used the prophetic name, “New Net of Prayer,” out of respect for the original NOP, it remained in the background as part of the overall purpose of God’s Kingdom Ministries. All of our prayer campaigns throughout the 1990’s and beyond were conducted with that in mind. Both the original and the “new” NOP were raised up in accordance with the overall timing of the divine plan as the age began to come to a close.
As I have written elsewhere, October of 1986 was when the trumpet should have been blown to signal the 120th Jubilee from Adam. However, no one knew anything about such timing, so no one (in authority) declared the Jubilee. If that “trumpet” had been blown, I have no doubt that I would have been able to start the New Net of Prayer at that time.
To put it another way, it was the will (thelema) of God that I call the New NOP to prayer, but it was His plan (boulema) that this would be delayed. A similar situation occurred, if you recall, with the Israelites at Kadesh-barnea. It was God’s will that the Israelites enter Canaan on the 50th Jubilee from Adam, but if they had done so, they would have brought judgment on the Canaanites 38 years too soon. Israel did indeed enter Canaan, but only after a 38-year delay. The will of God will always be fulfilled, but when you add time to the mix, you get the plan.
In my case, the delay was just 5-7 years. I was asked to drive to Batesville, AR on May 28, 1991 to celebrate the Second Passover. I awoke that day with a revelation to “Study the laws of devotion.” I did so and took this study as far as I could, noting, among other things that the word “devote” was from the Hebrew word herem and that it had a double meaning. It also meant “net” and this is how it is translated in Micah 7:2, “Each of them hunts the other with a net.”

This made no impact on me during my study that morning, but when I began driving to Batesville, God told me to “Stop at Shoney’s for lunch; I want to show you something.” I stopped at Shoney’s restaurant in Jonesboro, got my lunch, and then asked God, “Ok, what is it you want to show me?” The first thing He said was, “Call the New Net of Prayer to prayer,” and I instantly made the connection to the “net” in Micah 7:2.
The context showed that these were the people who were “devoted” to God. The laws of devotion tell us that when a field is devoted to God, it is His and no one can take it back (Leviticus 27:28 KJV). Jesus referred to this law in John 10:28 KJV, speaking of those whom the Father had given to Him.
So I learned then that those who were part of the New Net of Prayer were considered to be those who were “devoted” for some special purpose. Of course, I was yet unsure of that purpose, other than that they were to do the work of intercession and spiritual warfare (as I had seen in the original NOP).
When I arrived in Batesville that day, a few of us gathered together to establish the New NOP on May 28, 1991. Yet it could not be activated as long as “Saul” was still alive. The Saul church had been given 40 Jubilees in which to exercise authority. This did not end until the death of Saul on Pentecost, May 30, 1993.
Two months later, God began to show me that we were to hold a prayer campaign and that we were to conduct it from Seattle. When I told my wife, she reminded me of an old word that I had received in 1985 that when we moved west, we would move debt-free.
Well, at the time, we were carrying credit card debt of about $4,000, and I calculated that it would take another $4,000 to move and to pay the first and last month’s rent, plus deposit at a house in Seattle. That seemed to be impossible, considering the fact that we had very little cash flow at the time.
Yet in early September, I made a trip to Dallas, TX where I had been invited to speak at a few churches. My wife remained home with the children who were still in school. While I was there, I called my wife to see how things were going. She then told me that a letter had arrived, which held two checks—each for $4,000. So the Lord waited until I was gone so that He would confirm to her by this minor miracle that we were to move to Seattle.
That is how we moved to Seattle to conduct the Jubilee Prayer Campaign under the anointing of the New Net of Prayer.
This was, of course, just the beginning. The ministry continued to develop and grow gradually to where we see it today. We observed the rise of the House of David from May 30, 1993 to November 30, 2000, according to the pattern set in 2 Samuel 5:4, 5.
Then we saw the rise of the House of Joseph from January 2001 until April 2009. This was followed by the rise of the House of Elisha from April 2009 to July 2010 and the rise of the saints until 2017. We are now in a 7-year cycle of preparing the saints to rule, according to the word of the Lord in Daniel 7:22, 27.
In the midst of this, it is now January 17, 2023, precisely 40 years since I consciously joined the original NOP. For this reason, my thoughts have turned in this direction. By today’s revelation (coming from Bradley in South Africa), we are now entering a 40-day period to February 26. It is yet unclear what this means. Yesterday, a very large angel appeared to him and said repeatedly, “40 days.” He would not explain this, but today Bradley’s discernment was that this cycle began today. He was unaware that this was precisely 40 years after I joined the NOP in 1983.
So while much is yet unclear, it appears that the New NOP is now emerging into a new level, which obviously involves South Africa but also the world in general. Something has shifted in the spirit. There is a lot of revelation that I have not written about, as it is still developing and has yet to become visible in the world.
Likewise, there are actual events happening that must yet remain secret, because there are too many people of power who monitor my site and who would try to oppose the work of the Kingdom. Understand, however, that much is happening behind the scenes, and the revelation we have received is coming to pass.
The bottom line is that it appears that the New NOP has reached a new level of authority that only now are we able to comprehend.
