Last week I posted an article showing Nancy Pelosi taking communion in the Vatican with the Pope’s blessing.

This came after Pelosi’s own archbishop in San Francisco denied her communion for her support of abortions. Note that the official Roman Catholic position against abortion has been in place since the early church. The Pope, however, issued a silent but public rebuke to an archbishop who was more righteous than himself, telling the world that Nancy Pelosi, the abortionist, was still in communion with the Roman church and all of its members.
I wonder how many Catholics appreciate being in communion (fellowship) with Nancy Pelosi (and Joe Biden, who also claims to be a Catholic abortion supporter).
God takes communion seriously. Paul wrote in 1 Corinthians 11:27-30,
27 Therefore, whoever eats the bread or drinks the cup of the Lord in an unworthy manner shall be guilty of the body and the blood of the Lord… 29 For he who eats and drinks, eats and drinks judgment to himself if he does not judge the body rightly. 30 For this reason many among you are weak and sick, and a number sleep.
Last night I heard the Lord say that both Pelosi and the Pope are guilty in this matter and will be judged accordingly. I do not know about the timing of this judgment, but I suspect that it will be soon and that it will have an impact on the world.
I recall back in December of 1985 how Pastor Thomas took communion unworthily and the spiritual effect it had upon him. I wrote about it in The Wars of the Lord, chapter 4.
When we see these things happen in front of us, we are sobered by them, and the lessons are not forgotten.
