Why am I not surprised? I received the following email from a friend yesterday….
Stephen, I wanted to give you an interesting word if I may.
Since you are seeing the fruition of the prayer campaign from 21 years ago, an interesting word came to me today that I wanted to share (at least I hope it is interesting). I do not know if you saw this story, but a man from Durham, N.C. was exonerated in 2016 from a crime where the detective involved falsified evidence to convict him. His name is Darryl Anthony Howard. Howard comes from the combination of two German words which mean “spirit, heart, or strong.”
Howard sued the city of Durham, which means “short horn,” and won $6 million.

However, on April 18, the city voted to refuse to pay the amount that the court had ordered that they pay. What is crazy about this story is the city paid $4 million to defend the detective who fabricated the evidence rather than pay the amount the jury awarded to the man they wrongly sent to prison.
This decision by the Durham city council was announced one day after Easter.
If I am understanding this correctly, this appears to be a sign that the “little horn” is refusing to acknowledge the wrong that they have done to the Spirit and His followers and would rather pay to uphold their system than to repent and accept the sacrifice of Jesus. I think it may be relevant to watch how this is resolved as the “little horn” is clearly refusing to accept the decision of a higher court.
This may bear directly on the prayer campaign you are waging to overthrow the princes and principalities of the air, as they may have rejected the decision God made during your petition and you may be looking for the results from that decision as this matter is resolved in North Carolina.
The reason this struck me in relation to what you are writing about is that this is 21 years after he was wrongly convicted.
