I had the privilege of spending an hour on Telegram getting to know the next president of South Africa. She is the one that Bradley talked about in his State of the Nation address for South Africa. I had made an appointment a few days earlier to set aside an hour to hear her life’s story and how she finally came to know Christ after being an atheist most of her life.
Tomorrow morning we plan to talk for another hour so she can hear my story.
Please pray that Bradley will be able to talk directly to Donald Trump. We have a contact who talks to Trump by phone quite often, and she is trying to set up a meeting. However, Trump has gatekeepers, and government agencies that insist on doing background checks before allowing this to happen. They have had plenty of time to complete their background checks, but they are dragging their feet. Pray that God will open up the way in spite of them.
Bradley is planning to return with us after we have made our own trip to South Africa. The plan (at the moment) is for him to spend about 10 days with us—the same amount of time that we will be spending in South Africa. He and I each have a specific assignment to do. There is something I must do in South Africa, and something similar he must do here in America, according to the word of the Lord.
Because of my Telegram conversation with the future Prime Minister this morning, I have not yet been briefed on today’s developments (as of this writing). Things are happening quite fast, now that the opposition has lost the battle. But we still need prayer coming from America itself to clear the path to Donald Trump, as the Lord has a specific message for him.
