Thanksgiving Day, November 25, 2021, marked the specific point where we interceded and asked forgiveness for Manasseh in view of his participation in the golden calf worship. This prayer was supplemental to the general prayer for the restoration of Manasseh which was published two days earlier.
Many prophets today have spoken of this date, since it was the 400th anniversary of the first Thanksgiving in 1621. Because it was originally a Harvest Festival, they saw this as a prophetic date for the Great Harvest (of souls) that is coming as the result of the expected outpouring of the Holy Spirit. I agree with this, of course, but we have received more specific revelation about the manner in which the Holy Spirit is working to bring about the Kingdom of God.
Almost always, God raises up certain people and directs historical circumstances to accomplish His will and answer our prayers. Most of the time, He answers prayer in unexpected ways, because we are normally unaware of what is taking place behind closed doors as world leaders make their plans for our future. God usually begins by anonymously directing those leaders down the path that they think leads to their own goals, but in fact leads to God’s objective.
We ourselves are called (and trained) to participate in God’s plan, having learned His will and His mind through many years of on-the-job training. God poses certain questions to us by divine revelation, which causes us to focus our attention on specific themes and obstacles that need to be overcome. We then pray and discern until we know the will of God, so that we can go before the Divine Court to bear witness to His will and plan, thus establishing all things.
This is what happened November 25 and as a result of the prayer for Manasseh and “the remnant” which you prayed earlier. We now await Monday, November 29, to see the result of these prayers. We have reminded ourselves of the history of November 29, so that we will more easily recognize and understand whatever God does at that time. Those of you who have been following our reports over the years will also be able to understand things better than most.
This will affect many different areas, no doubt, because Manasseh carries many themes inherent in his name. Likewise, the two men named Manasseh, one being of Joseph and the other being of Hezekiah (Judah), have to be overlaid as a single prophecy. It is the story of recovering that which was lost and remembering that which was forgotten.
Moses and Joshua
Overall, it is the story of the lost Kingdom after being formed at Sinai under the leadership of Moses. That kingdom was led by Moses in the wilderness and by Joshua in the Promised Land. Both were types of Christ. Christ was the one like Moses who, in His first appearance, led us out of “Egypt” (bondage to sin) at Passover. Christ is now like Joshua (Yeshua) in His second appearance, leading us into the Promised Land at the end of the wilderness journey.
My own wilderness experience from 1981-2021 is an integral part of the long-term prophecy, as it is the last 40 years of the longer 400 year cycle (from 1621-2021). This 400-year cycle mimics Israel’s 400 years of oppression (Genesis 15:13), but within the context of coming into the Promised Land, rather than coming out of Egypt per se.
We live in the time of the second work of Christ—the Joshua work—not the time of the first work of Christ, which was the Moses work. The revelation of the two works of Christ is inherent in the law of the two doves (Leviticus 14) and the law of the two goats (Leviticus 16). This revelation came in July 1993 as a prelude to our Jubilee Prayer Campaign a few months later.
Joshua, as we know, was of the tribe of Ephraim (Numbers 13:8), while Caleb was of Judah (Numbers 13:6). From this we know that Ephraim was the tribe that was to lead Israel into the Promised Land through the second work of Christ, while Judah was to have a supporting role.
Qualifying to Enter the Promised Land
Moses himself was disqualified from entering the Promised Land on account of his sin in striking the rock when he should have spoken to it (Numbers 20:8, 11, 12). There were two occasions where the rock gave water to the Israelites. The first was in Exodus 17:6, where Moses was told to strike the rock because it represented the first work of Christ, where the Shepherd was to be struck (Zechariah 13:7).
The stone was called “the shepherd, the Stone of Israel” (Genesis 49:24), Jacob’s pillar, which was given to Joseph as its custodian. This rock, anointed by Jacob in Genesis 28:18, was Christ (“anointed”), and it “followed” the Israelites when they left Egypt (1 Corinthians 10:4). When this stone was struck in Exodus 17:6, it represented Christ’s death on the cross. The water that flowed from it represented the preaching of the word of the cross.
But in Numbers 20:8, Moses was not to strike the rock again, because that would suggest that Christ’s death had to be repeated. Moses’ actions brought water out of the rock, but that water again represented the word of the cross (Passover), rather than the word of the Kingdom (Tabernacles). The effect upon the church has been to continually preach the cross and never move on into perfection. Hence, the feast of Passover is well known in the church, but the feast of Tabernacles was largely lost and not clearly understood.
Moses set that pattern, and for this reason, he was unable to enter the Promised Land. So when I was coming back into full-time ministry in 1993 after 12 years of training, I came to understand that the message of the hour was to speak to the rock, not to strike it again. Though the message of the cross is foundational to the Kingdom message, I knew that I had to break the church’s pattern of laying again the foundations. This was the time of the second work of Christ, which required a new and fresh word reflecting the ministry of Joshua the Ephraimite.
Of course, keep in mind that one of the first revelations that I had been given (June 1982) was that I was to be “like Joseph.” In January of 2001, this revelation was refined where God showed me that I was an Ephraimite, specifically of the line of Jeroboam, the Ephraimite. That was the foundational revelation that led me to go into spiritual warfare to overthrow the golden calves in 2001.
The point is that I believe that I have been faithful to speak to the rock. That is, in fact, why my revelation is quite different from that being taught in the church today. Most focus on the cross, which tends to strike the rock continually, week after week. My message asks people to come up higher, not forsaking the cross, but building upon it—moving on into Pentecost and Tabernacles.
For this reason, I expect to cross the Jordan River and not just see the Promised Land from afar, as did Moses.
I am now concluding my own 40 years of wilderness living since 1981. December 4/5, 1981 was when I experienced my own Passover crucifixion at Las Cruces. Next week marks 40 years from then and is an important watch date for me. This could be the most important date within our 76-day cycle. There are quite a few important dates to watch, which were established by experience from November 12, 1981 to January 27, 1982. It is still early, but so far those original dates are emerging once again.
I expect to live past the 40-year mark of December 4/5, 2021, because I know that I have not struck the rock when I should have spoken to it. (But if I die in the next week, you will know that I was wrong in this matter.) I see it as a critical point in my life—and a new beginning. Furthermore, since my life is bound up in the bigger prophetic picture, what happens to me will affect all of you who read, listen, and believe the message that I have presented. But I believe that my word is true and faithful to the command in Numbers 20, and for this reason, I believe you will benefit from the word even as I have.
