October Conference Update

Hello everyone

First, we want to say that all of you who have booked a room for the October conference in Knoxville are at the correct location.

We have heard from a few of you in reference to a discrepancy on the website regarding conference reservations and address location when using the online reservation link.

We notified the hotel to let them know that the link they had given us had changed and was now showing an incorrect street address in Knoxville for the Clarion Inn.

Once they looked into it they too saw that the address was incorrect and are now in the process of investigating it further. They said, "this has never happened before". So they have instructed us to remove the online link and have anyone wanting to make a reservation use this number 865-687-5800 to call them directly. Also they assured us that all reservations previously made up to this point are at the correct location. The address displayed on the conference center page is correct (5335 Central Avenue Pike).

We were also notified that there was only one room left so we were able to get additional room availability at the special conference rate for those who have not yet made reservations.

For those of you who are flying in to the conference, it has been recommended by Dr. Jones, that you wait a bit to purchase your ticket if you can. This may give an opportunity for more clarity regarding the need to "self-quarantine" for two weeks.
