Dr. Chris Martenson is a pathologist with an interest in financial matters. In this video he speaks on both issues, since both are very relevant today in the current financial/covid crisis. He does not get into the problem of "contact tracing" through the vaccines that are being developed, nor does he tell you that Android cell phones already are doing contact tracing.
