Portland's self destruction

The federal government is defending the courthouse in Portland, Oregon from the rioters who want to burn it down and destroy it, along with the entire judicial system. Their claim is that the judicial system has a problem of “whiteness” and is therefore inherently oppressive. The city government has adopted the Marxist solution.

So when the feds came to defend the courthouse from destruction, the city of Portland levied a $2000/hour fine against the federal government for putting up an unauthorized fence that obstructs the street! This is such a clear case of insanity that I am astonished that anyone actually believes it.

The city of Portland, Ore. is fining the federal government $500 for every 15 minutes it maintains unpermitted fencing outside of the federal courthouse that has faced nightly attacks amid ongoing protests and rioting.

City Commissioner Chloe Eudaly said in a statement Tuesday that the fencing is obstructing the street outside of the courthouse. As of Monday, she said, the federal government owed Portland $192,000.

"We intend to collect," said Eudaly, who added that she was "committed to doing everything in my power to end this federal occupation and move forward with our community's reckoning with racial injustice and our efforts to transform our approach to policing and public safety."

Apparently, only a minority of Portland’s population has any degree of sanity, seeing that they are the ones who elected these so-called leaders. But perhaps most of them were simply blind at the last election. In the next election we will see what people think today. Will they consent to the destruction of their city and the reign of terror? Or are they too far gone?
