There is some irony in the Democratic Party’s decision to wear kente cloths in Emancipation Hall on June 8. It was the clothing worn by Ashanti slave traders in Africa in past centuries. This cloth is now being worn proudly by the Democratic Party, who (perhaps inadvertently) are identifying themselves with those slave traders!
Perhaps God has tricked them into exposing the hearts of the New Plantation owners. Does God really have a sense of humor?
