In 1986 Congress passed a bill giving vaccine manufacturers immunity for those injured by their vaccines. The companies thus have no liability for what they produce. All vaccine injuries are paid for by the taxpayers, not by the pharmaceutical companies. Is it any wonder they don’t mind putting toxic doses of aluminum and mercury in their vaccines—to say nothing of DNA from aborted babies!
The bill also required the government’s Health and Human Services (HHS) to conduct vaccine safety tests, something that they never did! This was the reason for the lawsuit a couple of years ago. HHS decided to settle the case out of court, because they could produce no documentation of any vaccine safety tests—a clear violation of the law!

In 2017, Health Impact News reported that the Informed Consent Action Network (ICAN), supported by 55 organizations, representing over 5 million people, had taken the unprecedented step of serving a notice to Mr. Don Wright, M.D., M.P.H., who was the acting secretary of the Health and Human Services (HHS) department at the time, stating that HHS had failed in their duty to conduct the proper scientific research required to demonstrate vaccine safety as was required by law and that they should take immediate action to remedy this negligence….
