Hello Steve,
In response to your query about hospitals, my sister-in-law has worked at Tri-City Medical Center (TCMC) in Vista, California for about 28 years in the medical billing department. This is a quote she texted me,"There are NO patients at the hospital. It's the lowest census in TCMC history."
She also texted,
"Only 8 patients have tested positive since mid-March. Not sure where this 'influx' of pts are because they aren't at TCMC."
She texted these comments on Thursday, April 2, 2020.
