The Inspector General’s report on August 27 gave a scathing review of both James Comey (ex-FBI director) and Andrew McCabe. It confirmed that McCabe lied three times. Oh, excuse me, he showed “lack of candor under oath,” which is the DOJ’s euphemism for lying. Silly legalisms.
There is little doubt that the DOJ will prosecute McCabe. The DOJ declined to prosecute Comey, preferring to wait for more serious charges yet coming when the FISA memos are declassified. Comey knowingly perjured himself by signing those memos on three occasions.
Andrew McCabe, however, threatened in March 2018 to take down everyone with him, if he goes down.

He should be careful how he threatens his fellow Deep State comrades. These people have no morals and would kill their own mothers to keep their evil deeds secret. McCabe could soon find himself Epstein-ed.
But until then, McCabe appears to be the most promising candidate for prosecution, not only because of his lies under oath but also because of his threats to take down everyone with him. If he survives long enough, McCabe could provide testimony against all of his co-conspirators, making the case against them even more solid.
This will take time, however, because each case will be built upon in the next round. The testimony in one case can be used as “legal fact” in later cases.
