On the abortion battlefront, the giant fighting for the dark side is Planned Parenthood. Though it has been an uphill battle all the way, President Trump’s legal team is slowly winning. A federal appeals court has just agreed with our amicus briefs blocking several federal court injunctions and allowing a federal rule that will defund millions of our tax dollars from Planned Parenthood.
Planned Parenthood went from rejoicing a “victory” to calling the appeals court ruling a “devastating” loss. And it’s because of you.
This legal battle – a Planned Parenthood lawsuit joined by more than 20 pro-abortion states – is quickly becoming the biggest pro-life case in the nation. We have the opportunity to defund $60 million from Planned Parenthood.
