Will global warming cause an Ice Age?

With all the talk about “global warming,” now modified to “climate change,” perhaps they changed the mantra because they believe that an Ice Age is more likely to be in our future.

The research team also found a weak signal during a period called the Little Ice Age (a cold spell observed between about 1600 and 1850 AD).

It appears that global warming might be the cause of a “Little Ice Age.” I guess it takes a scientist to understand that type of reasoning.
