I don’t have anything new to report on the Kings of the East, but it is interesting that the term is being used in this news article. I wonder where they got that term?

Decades ago, I was talking about a Jubilee as the only feasible solution to the debt problem in America and the world. In recent years, especially after the banking crisis of 2008, economists and other commentators began to adopt the term as well. So it appears that we are seeing a shift toward biblical solutions and biblical terminology.
That is a significant shift in the right direction, even though the shift is still small.
