On October 21, 2016 Negiel Bigpond led representatives of 1000 Native American tribes to a gathering in Washington D.C., not to protest ill treatment at the hand of the US government, but to forgive the US government for breaking nearly all of their treaties in the past few centuries.

According to an article on Charisma News, some are calling an event that took place on October 21, 2016 a prophetic act that could profoundly impact America. On that day, 1000 Native Americans representing Indian tribes across both the US and Canada gathered in Washington DC to forgive the early Americans who broke treaties they made with Indian tribes decades ago.
At the event called the National Day of Prayer for First Nations held at the Washington Mall, representatives of America’s tribal groups spoke declarations forgiving America. Speaking on behalf of the (Euchee) Yuchi tribe, Negiel Bigpond stated he was forgiving “the US, whether it asked for it or not.”
Bigpond who organized the prayer event is a fourth generation pastor and serves as a tribal chief. He along with other native leaders and intercessors spoke a number of declarations that are posted at the All Tribes DC website. This included: “We repent of every curse spoken over America by our ancestors and we release the power of forgiveness to bring healing and the peace…
This is very significant, I believe, because it is a Jubilee declaration of forgiveness, ratified by 1000 tribal representatives. It represents the end of a long and sordid history of mistreatment and broken promises.
Back in 2013 we held a prayer campaign in late August and early September entitled “End the Famine.” Here is our final report on that prayer campaign:
It was based on the passage in 2 Samuel 21:1, where a famine in Israel had been caused by Saul’s broken treaty with the Gibeonites. We noted that America is under a famine of hearing the word (Amos 8:11). Ears are blocked, eyes are blind, and hearts do not understand. Why? One of the main reasons has been because of all the broken treaties, which have caused many to disavow the Abrahamic Covenant to be a blessing to all the families of the earth.
The point is that Negiel Bigpond’s decree of forgiveness is the answer to our prayer three years ago. The result, I believe, will be that the people of America will begin to have their eyes opened and will begin to have the ability to hear the word of the Lord in a way not seen up to now.
Two nights ago I attended a prayer meeting (prophetic gathering) in downtown Minneapolis, because the Father showed me that they had some significant revelation that I needed to know. The main revelation turned out to be that the Father was opening the eyes of the people. I took note that my weblog on that day was Chapter 20: The Eyes of God in the current novel, which speaks of eyes being healed.
I brought up Deuteronomy 29:4, where Moses told the church in the wilderness that God had not yet given them eyes to see, even though they had spent 40 years in the wilderness. So as a group, we were led to restate the verse as a decree, applicable to America today in view of Negiel Bigpond’s prayer of forgiveness:
“This day the Lord has given you a heart to know, eyes, and ears to hear!”
This is the reverse of the curse of blindness and deafness that has been upon the church for a very long time. When I returned home (about 10:30 pm), I was able to watch the Chicago Cubs reverse the curse, as they won the World Series for the first time since 1908. My friend Ron had said back in 2006 that the Cubs would win the World Series in 2016, based on his understanding of prophetic patterns.
This brings us to the protest at Standing Rock against the oil pipeline that is being built across Indian reservation land. Last September the Native Americans took their case to the UN.
On October 29 the UN sent representatives to investigate possible human rights violations.
The standoff between First Americans and authorities at Standing Rock took on international dimensions as UN human rights investigation teams and foreign press representatives arrived to examine charges of mistreatment of protesters by local police. A representative of the UN’s permanent forum on indigenous issues, an advisory group, has been collecting testimony from protesters who have raised concerns about excessive force, and report unlawful arrests and mistreatment in jail where some activists have been held in cages.
It seems that President Obama is finally acknowledging that the pipeline should be rerouted.
The teams arrived as President Obama strongly signaled that he would favor a rerouting of the Dakota Access Pipeline to the north to avoid disturbing sacred burial grounds and possible water contamination.
Is all of this just a coincidence? The timing of these events, coming just a week after the forgiveness declaration, tells me that the events are sequential, not coincidental. Likewise, this is consistent with our revelation earlier this year about being sent out as apostles. Recall our trip to the "Twelve Apostles" in Australia and then to the Apostle Islands a few months later.
Perhaps this may also be connected to the second American Revolution happening even now, as reported by Dr. Steve Pieczenik. I treat his reports as being highly credible, because he is in a position to know, and because he has a top security clearance in the US intelligence community. I do not think he would put his reputation on the line to feed us disinformation needlessly. Also, I know at least one man (personal friend) who has met him personally, and I have talked to others who also know him. They all affirm that he is the real deal, and that his credentials are impeccable.
