Last month, on December 14, 2015 I posted the text of a $279 trillion lien against the Bar Association that had been filed on October 15, 2015. The Bar Association had 90 days to respond. Of course, in law any statement that remains unchallenged is presumed to be true. Those 90 days have now passed, as of midnight January 15/16, 2016, and no response was made. Here was my weblog with the link to the actual lien itself.
Of course, the Bar Association considers itself to be above the law. They need not answer it, because no one is powerful enough to enforce the lien or to collect what is owed. So the victory is only theoretical at this point. But perhaps in the future an enforcer nation might arise, or perhaps a revolution of sorts might occur, which could change conditions considerably.
