Passover January signs to watch

In the past few years we have watched signs of Passover in the month of January. As you may know, if you have followed this site for the past two years, January was revealed to be a prophetic type of the month of Passover. Passover occurs on 1/14 and 1/15 on the Hebrew calendar; but those dates on our calendar are January 14/15.

In 2011 we saw demonstrations begin in Egypt on January 14, 2011, resulting in the overthrow of President Mubarak. He was driven from office in early February and immediately went to the Red Sea (as a type of Pharaoh). There is where his fate was sealed, for he never returned to power and eventually was sentenced to prison.

In 2012 we saw the Costa Concordia cruise liner sink off the coast of Italy on the night of January 14, 2012. This ship represented the “concord” or harmony of the European Union, with the various decks being named after EU countries. When it hit the reefs and sank, it was compared to the Titanic, which sank a century earlier in 1912.

We are now watching January 14/15 of 2013 for another Passover sign. We may also see something emerge on January 10, which is the time of selecting the lambs for Passover. Perhaps some decisions will be made on January 10 that will be carried out on the 14^th and 15^th.

Also, keep in mind that January 13 is the end of the first 76-day cycle in this new Prophetic Year. This new year began with Hurricane Sandy on October 29, 2012.

When Israel left Egypt in the days of Moses, they did not leave empty-handed (Exodus 12:36). Therefore, we should watch for the possible start of financial changes at this time. We have already seen indications of coming out of Egypt in the spiritual warfare of last month. We are now in the second part of that warfare ever since January 3, when the flood of water came from the serpent’s mouth across the street from the Minneapolis Federal Reserve building.

It appears that we are about to win another victory of some sort, although my anticipation is that this battle will not conclude until January 27. The main problem is that the real news may not be apparent in the newspapers, even if events actually occur behind the scenes. There is nothing we can do except to be watchful and prayerful, knowing that God will work all things according to His plan.
