We received the phone call last night after midnight. Then we received a second call about 8:00 this morning when she was nearing the time of birth. Finally, just after finishing my main weblog, Darla called and told me the full news.
Since we are getting ready to go to Dallas anyway for the conference, we now know that we will be able to see a new grandson on this trip and will not have to make a separate trip later.
