This is very significant, since big money interests have had the power to bring down entire nations through the weapon of short-selling. I think this weapon of mass financial destruction should have been banned from its beginning. Some Powers That Think They Be are probably going to be quite unhappy with this restriction.
I see it as a very important step in the currency wars going on behind the scenes.
