Have you been following the price of silver lately? This week silver broke through the $40 barrier and today blew past $42/oz. As I write this tonight, the European markets are already open, and the price is continuing to rise.
I began recommending silver when you could buy an ounce of it for just $5.00 a few years ago. I fugured that Nebuchadnezzar's prophetic dream in Daniel 2 was applicable to the commodity markets. The arms of silver overthrow the head of gold. I have said many times that when silver outstrips gold, it will indicate that Mystery Babylon is being overthrown.
I recall that a year ago that it took about 60 ounces of silver to buy one ounce of gold. Now the price ratio is under 35:1. Gold has increased, but not nearly as much as silver, insofar as the percentage of increase is concerned.
