The UN Security Council is scheduled to meet on December 15, chaired by V.P. Biden, to discuss bringing Iraq out of Chapter VII.
Since Iraq's P.M. Maliki has stated that he will form the new government between Dec. 10 and 15, it is apparent that the Security Council considers this to be a credible statement.
There could be a revaluation of the dinar before the end of the year, or even before Christmas. Of course, there are some who say that the revaluation must occur BEFORE the Security Council brings them out of Chapter VII. If that is so, then we could see it occur between the formation of the new government and the Security Council meeting--perhaps a window of Dec. 10-14.
