A. A usual mishap of lost luggage that we "small people" encounter so often?

It seems incredible to me that baggage handlers would be allowed to handle these bags in the same manner as with everyone else. Did they fly coach or first class on a commercial airliner with everyone else? I guess I assumed that virtually all political leaders had their own planes and baggage handlers.
