If you have time and interest, it would be well worth your while to learn a little Chinese history from a Christian perspective. China was anciently known as Shenzhou, "Land of God." The Chinese character strokes used to construct its written language (words) show that they had an original knowledge of the Bible stories in the book of Genesis.
Here is a good web site where you can watch some videos about this. I would recommend watching at least the first video, which is about 42 minutes long. It is in narrated in Chinese, but it has subtitles in English. They are a little hard to read, but please try. You will find this most interesting and informative.
