Three Aircraft Carrier Strike Groups Nearing Iranian Waters

Debka-file reports that there are to be three Carrier Strike Groups poised off the coast of Iran shortly. They are: the Iwo Jima, the Enterprise, and the Eisenhower Strike Groups. The first two are there now, and the Eisenhower Group is scheduled for arrival today, Oct. 21.

We are in a perilous time right now. Pray that God's perfect will be done. The world could be quite a different place by the time this is over.

November 8 is a watch date, because it is Heshvon 17 on the Hebrew calendar. This is the date of Noah's flood in Gen. 7:11. That verse says that the flood came in the second month, which in those days was Heshvon. It was not until the days of Moses (Exodus 12:2) that the calendar system numbering the months changed from the autumn to the spring. Originally, the first month was Tishri (September), but in Moses' day it was changed to Abib in the spring.

I pray that 2006 will also be the date of the flood of the Holy Spirit this year. After all, this is the "Year of Noah," who died 2006 years from Adam.

On November 8 this year Mercury will make a transit across the sun. Mercury's transit across the sun was first observed by Edmond Halley on Nov. 8, 1677 through a 24-foot telescope. Halley himself was born on Nov. 8, 1656, which is precisely 350 years ago. These coincidences are enough to make us watch the date this year.

Don't expect a "rapture" on this date. It seems more connected to Noah's flood and the flood of the Holy Spirit. And with Paul's commissioning.

Also, keep in mind that Paul was called Mercury (or Hermes) in Acts 14:12.

"And they began calling Barnabas 'Zeus' and Paul 'Hermes,' because he was the chief speaker."

The connection between Paul and Mercury may be significant, because it is now about 1,960 years (i.e., 40 Jubilees, or 4 x 490 years) since the Apostle Paul was commissioned in Acts 11. Verse 27 dates it according to the famine that occurred in the days of Claudius.
