Manassas Conference Revelation

One of our foundational revelations is called the Hezekiah Factor. It is essentially a ten-year cycle in which we see things emerge in the earth ten years after we have done spiritual warfare. This year (2011) we are noticing results from our intense warfare accomplished in 2001.

Israel’s Divorce from the Golden Calves in 2001

In February and March of 2001 we were led to engage in three prayer battles to overthrow the seven princes over America, represented by the golden calves set up by King Jeroboam (1 Kings 12:28, 29).

Scripture says that these princes were the root cause of Israel’s dispersion and captivity over 2,500 years ago. During the Israelite dispersion, the people were ruled by these golden calves, and as a matter of divine judgment, God blinded His prayer warriors to this fact, so that they would be unable to overthrow them. Until March 24, 2001.

The overthrow of the golden calves was an official divorce between Israel and her “lovers,” as prophesied in Hosea 2:7.

After accomplishing this work, the Lord told us that something further had to be done. The children of that unholy marriage had to be disinherited, so that they would not inherit the Kingdom with the overcomers. To disinherit these disqualified “children,” we were to decree an annulment of that unholy marriage from the beginning.

The Annulment

On April 23 and 24, 2001 we were led to engage in a “preemptive strike,” due to a planned spiritual attack on Corpus Christi (“Body of Christ”). The enemy attack had been planned for April 25, but the Lord revealed the plan to us in order that we might stop it. It began with a decree of annulment of the Covenant with death (Isaiah 28:15).

At the same time we began to pray that people receive the imprint of the Image of Christ.

Events in 2011

April 22-24, 2011 was the week end of our third and final Manassas, VA Passover Conference, hosted by Stone Kingdom Ministries. This was 10 years after the decree of annulment and the prayer for the imprint of the Image of Christ upon us.

The Hezekiah Factor came into play when Martha Barley gave what turned out to be like the keynote address at the conference. She led us in a group prayer-decree from Isaiah 61 as follows:

1 The Spirit of the Lord God is upon me, because the Lord has anointed and qualified me to preach the Gospel of good tidings to the meek, the poor, and afflicted; He has sent me to bind up and heal the brokenhearted, to proclaim liberty to the [physical and spiritual] captives and the opening of the prison and of the eyes to those who are bound,

2 To proclaim the acceptable year of the Lord [the year of His favor] and the day of vengeance of our God, to comfort all who mourn,

3 To grant [consolation and joy] to those who mourn in Zion—to give them an ornament [a garland or diadem] of beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, the garment [expressive] of praise, instead of a heavy, burdened, and failing spirit—that they may be called oaks of righteousness [lofty, strong, and magnificent, distinguished for uprightness, justice, and right standing with God], the planting of the Lord, that He may be glorified. In Jesus' Name, Amen.

Jesus quoted most of this Scripture as well at the start of His ministry, shortly after His testing in the wilderness. See Luke 4:17-21.

Because this was Jesus’ first ministry, He stopped reading in the middle of Isaiah 61:2, leaving out “and the day of vengeance of our God.” This implied that there would be a second occasion where the full passage would be applicable. I believe that we are in that time, both generally and specifically.

The Two 76-day Periods

Every year we monitor what God does, and participate as led by the Spirit. The purpose of knowing what God is doing in any particular year is to know what we ought to do and what we should pray for or decree by the Spirit.

Every “Prophetic Year” begins shortly after the end of the feast of Tabernacles. Last year Tabernacles ran from October 3-10, 2010. The new Prophetic Year then began on November 21, when we were instructed to begin declaring our identity with “Christ in you.”

At the end of the first 76-day cycle (Feb. 5-6), we were given a different prayer that we called “The Prayer of the New Creation Man.” It was based upon Jesus’ prayer in John 17 modified to fit our own time. Jesus prayed, “Father, the hour has come; glorify Thy Son, that the Son may also glorify Thee.” So also, we prayed that the sons of God would be glorified with Him.

This second 76-day cycle closed with the new prayer introduced by Martha Barley, where we prayed-declared Isaiah 61:1-3.

The progression of these three prayers is obvious. First, we must identify with the Last Adam, rather than the first Adam. Paul speaks of two “I’s” in Romans 7, and instructs us to put to death the old man so that we might live in accordance with the New Man.

Having established our identity in Christ as sons of God, we then petitioned to be glorified with Christ, so that we, in turn, might be able to glorify Him. During this 76-day cycle we had our “Quail and Manna” conference in San Francisco March 11-13. This was designed to turn our attention to experiencing the presence and glory of the Lord.

Now that we have completed these two cycles, we were led to declare Isaiah 61, even as Jesus did, setting the stage for the ministry work that lies ahead. Our work has a little different focus from the work 2000 years ago, because we are now in the time of the second work of Christ. Yet the parallel is clear.

These two 76-day cycles always lay foundations and provide some direction as to what the Lord is doing in each Prophetic Year. These cycles lead us to the time of Passover, at which time the feast days continue the revelation through the feast of Tabernacles.

It is clear now that our revelation from 2001 about the imprint of the Image of Christ upon us is now coming into visibility in a new way through these three prayer decrees. Essentially, what we called the Image of Christ in 2001 is now emerging as our identification with the New Creation Man and the glory that is to be seen in the sons of God.

In that the second 76-day period ended on April 22, the first day of our Passover Conference in Manassas, VA, we expected to see something occur to mark the occasion. Many things did occur, beginning with Martha’s Isaiah 61 prayer-decree.

The Ninth Sign of Elisha

On April 12, 2009, at our first Manassas conference, we declared the start of the Elisha Ministry. We then began to see the miracle-signs of Elisha fulfilled one after the other. It took a year and three months to see the first eight signs of Elisha, ending July 15, 2010. The second half of his signs has yet to begin.

The ninth sign is found in 2 Kings 4:42-44.

42 Now a man came from Baal-shalishah, and brought the man of God bread of the first fruits, twenty loaves of barley and fresh ears of grain in his sack. And he said, “Give them to the people that they may eat.” 43 And his attendant said, “What, shall I set this before a hundred men?” But he said, “Give them to the people that they may eat, for thus says the Lord, ‘They shall eat and have some left over’.” 44 So he set it before them, and they ate and had some left over, according to the word of the Lord.

This sign had to do with multiplying the barley bread at the time of the first fruits of barley—that is, on the wave-sheaf offering after Passover. Its New Testament counter-part is found in John 6, where Jesus multiplied the five loaves of barley to feed the 5,000 men, plus women and children.

This seems to be the only one of Elisha’s miracles that is actually dated in Scripture. So last July, after the eighth sign was completed, we wondered if we might have to wait until April to see the ninth sign fulfilled. We hoped to see it sooner, but that did not happen.

Feeding the people speaks of teaching the word of God to multitudes. The way it is done is shown in John 6, where Jesus broke the bread and then gave it to the disciples, so that they could break the bread further and feed the multitude. Breaking the bread is like communion, as we read in Luke 22:19,

19 And when He had taken some bread and given thanks, He broke it and gave it to them, saying, “This is My body which is given for you; do this in remembrance of Me.”

Thus, when Jesus broke the bread, it signified that He was willing to be “broken” (die) in order to feed the multitude. At the same time, the bread was multiplied, and the disciples gathered up 12 baskets of leftovers (John 6:12, 13).

12 And when they were filled, He said to His disciples, “Gather up the fragments that nothing may be lost.” 13 And so they gathered them up and filled twelve baskets with fragments from the five barley loaves, which were left over by those who had eaten.

This multiplication signified His resurrection, where He ended up with more than He had when He was “broken.” Jesus later interpreted this miracle in John 6:53,

53 Jesus therefore said to them, “Truly, truly, I say to you, unless you eat the flesh of the Son of Man and drink His blood, you have no life in yourselves.”

In like manner, we too are called (like the disciples) to break the bread. This is our identification with Christ. We must be willing to be broken as well, in order to feed the multitude. Paul says in 1 Cor. 10:16 and 17, “The bread which we break, is it not the communion of the body of Christ? For we being many are one bread and one body…”

The point is that we qualify to be the sons of God by being “broken bread” even as Christ Himself gave us the example. This breaking is what qualifies us to receive the glory of God, which is the glory of resurrection power. Our prayer to “glorify Thy son” in the past two months is based upon our willingness to put to death the old man and identify with Jesus Christ in His death and resurrection.

In doing so, we end up with more than what we started, or, as the song goes, we become “more than we can be.”

The ninth sign of Elisha is about Provision to do the work that lies ahead. But it is more than that. It really is about US being the provision that God has made for the rest of the world.

Since last November we have prayed to dedicate our hearts to this divine purpose. Those who have done so (whether by reading our instructions or by their personal revelation over the years) will be part of the ministry of the second work of Christ that is now unfolding before us.

I believe that God is about to give Provision for this work that lies ahead. This Provision is not merely the spiritual provision of His glory, but is also financial as well.

The ninth sign of Elisha came about through a man from Baal-shalishah. The last part of this word means “to do it a third time,” according to Gesenius’ Lexicon. I believe this has reference to our THIRD conference at Manassas, which culminated at the time of the barley first fruits, which many call “Easter.”

Likewise, it was Martha BARLEY who presented us with the revelation of the hour.

The only problem is that we did not see the fulfillment of Elisha’s ninth sign. Why? Perhaps the key is knowing that there are two Passovers each year.

Two Passovers

As most of you know, the main Passover celebration was set up in the middle of the first month (Ex. 12:18) on the Hebrew calendar to commemorate Israel’s departure from Egypt.

However, the following year, the problem arose when a man’s father died and was buried by his sons. In touching the dead body, he was unclean for seven days and thus was not allowed to observe the Passover. So they came to Moses to get a Supreme Court ruling.

The Lord told Moses that if men were unable to observe the Passover in the first month, then they were to keep it in the second month (Num. 9:6-14).

In this present year (2011), the main Passover fell on April 18-19 (Abib 14 and 15). The second Passover falls on May 18-19. If we consider a wave-sheaf offering for the second Passover, it would fall on May 22, which happens to fall on David Barley’s birthday. (David and Martha Barley were both speakers at our Manassas conference this year.)

Last month, Ron and I discussed the two Passovers on our long drive to San Francisco. We concluded that since we were living in the time of the second work of Christ, it would be more likely that we would see the ninth sign of Elisha actually fulfilled in May, rather than in April. Time will tell if our view is correct.

Keep in mind also that the feast of Tabernacles is the culmination of what the Father is doing in any given year. We are only focusing today on the feast of Passover. We have yet to see the Second Passover, Pentecost, and then the autumn feasts.

Hence, we ought not to get impatient, but just let God be God. We must allow Him to lead and not get ahead of Him.

The Tenth Sign of Elisha

The ninth sign is about Provision. The tenth sign is about the Gospel of the Kingdom going out beyond the borders of Israel. The tenth sign is about Naaman the Syrian, captain of the Syrian army, who was also a leper.

Naaman had distinguished himself in a previous battle with the Israelites, recorded in 1 Kings 22. We read in verses 34 and 35,

34 Now a certain man drew his bow at random and struck the king of Israel in the joint of the armor. So he said to the driver of his chariot, “Turn around, and take me out of the fight; for I am severely wounded.” 35 And the battle raged that day, and the king was propped up in his chariot in front of the Syrians, and died at evening, and the blood from the wound ran into the bottom of the chariot.

This “certain man” was Naaman, according to Josephus, the Jewish historian of the first century. He writes in Antiquities of the Jews, VIII, xv, 5,

“. . . and when they sought to kill Ahab alone, but could not find him, there was a young nobleman belonging to king Benhadad, whose name was Naaman; he drew his bow against his enemy, and wounded the king through his breastplate, in his lungs. Upon this Ahab resolved not to make his mischance known to his army, lest they should run away; but he bid the driver of his chariot to turn it back and carry him out of the battle, because he was sorely and mortally wounded. However, he sat in his chariot and endured the pain till sunset, and then he fainted away and died.

We read in 2 Kings 5:1 that God gave the victory to the Syrians against Israel. After that victory, Naaman had taken a young Israelite girl as a slave to serve his wife. When Naaman was struck by leprosy, this young girl said (in verse 3), “I wish that my master were with the prophet who is in Samaria! Then he would cure him of his leprosy.”

Naaman thus came to the prophet to be cured of leprosy. This disease spiritually represents mortality, and the law in Leviticus 14 sets forth the principles about how to obtain immortality (i.e., to cure our “leprosy”). In that it took two birds to cleanse lepers, along with baptism in verse 7, we can see that this is a story of the Great Commission in Matthew 28:19 and 20,

19 Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, 20 teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.”

In other words, the ninth sign gives us the Provision to fulfill the tenth sign—the Great Commission. While it is certainly true that the Great Commission was the motive of the early disciples, they were doing so under the anointing of the first work of Christ. We ourselves have a greater anointing, because we are functioning under the terms of the second work of Christ. It is Tabernacles, not merely Pentecost.

The Eleventh Sign of Elisha

The eleventh sign is about Elisha’s servant, Gehazi, who wanted payment from Naaman for curing his leprosy (2 Kings 5:20). This sign is about testing the hearts of the people to see if they have overcome the love of money, which is the root of all evil.

In other words, when God gives Provision for the tenth sign, will people use it to build the Kingdom or merely use it to increase their personal comfort?

Even now, God is making His people familiar with Gehazi through the civil war in Libya. The rebels who are fighting against Col. Ghadafi have set up their capital in the city of Benghazi (Ben-Gehazi, “son of Gehazi”).

When Israel came out of Egypt at that first Passover, they carried with them the wealth of Egypt (Ex. 12:35). Yet later, they used much of it to build the golden calf. I believe that it will be no different in our own day. Many Christians find it hard to live without golden calves. But our vision is to build the Kingdom and the “Tabernacle” of God.

Calling the Lost Sheep of Israel

Much revelation came out at the Manassas conference, but perhaps the climax occurred when Loren Matzke, the German Shepherd among us, sang “Tell Me the Story of Jesus” and then called the lost sheep. Loren has been a shepherd for 60 years, and he used the same call at the meeting that he uses to call his own sheep at home.

Jesus said in John 10:4, “the sheep follow him because they know his voice.” We are nearing the time of the greatest missionary work in history, empowered by a greater anointing, and prepared by God’s work in opening the ears and eyes of the people. It is time to feed the sheep instead of fleecing them and starving them (Ez. 34:3).

Cover Letter for May 2011 FFI

Dear Friends,

As you see from our latest FFI, there was significant revelation that came out at the Passover conference in Manassas, VA. This was the third and final conference to be held in Manassas, and the “daughters of Zelophehad” emerged to receive their inheritance, as we see in Numbers 17, Numbers 36, and Joshua 17.

One of the main purposes of this year’s conference was to present new speakers in order to obtain a balance between men and women.

Numbers 17 is the 144th chapter of the Bible. Numbers 36 is the 153rd chapter. And Joshua 17 is the 204th chapter.

There are 203 layers of stone in the Great Pyramid reflecting the divine plan for the earth. The King’s Chamber rests on 50 layers of stone, and there are then 153 layers of stone above it. The 204th is the capstone which was never placed on the Pyramid, because it became a symbol of “the stone that the builders rejected” which has become “the head of the corner” (Psalm 118:22). The headstone of the corner is always placed on the top of a Pyramid.

Incidentally, the Great Pyramid was called Pa-Hanoch, or “House of Enoch” in ancient times. Its passages are prophetic, as each Pyramid inch represents one year of Biblical chronology. Though non-Christian groups like to claim the Great Pyramid and use it for their own occult purposes, they are merely usurpers of God’s property.

The Great Pyramid is located on the border between Upper and Lower Egypt in the center of the land where the Nile Delta begins. Isaiah 19:19, 20 speaks of it this way:

(19) In that day there will be an altar to the Lord in the midst of the land of Egypt, and a pillar to the Lord near its border. (20) And it will become a sign and a witness to the Lord of hosts in the land of Egypt; for they will cry to the Lord because of oppressors, and He will send them a Savior and a Champion, and He will deliver them.

If you add up the numeric value of each Hebrew letter in these two verses, the total is 5449. This happens to be the height of the Great Pyramid in inches. (The Pyramid Inch is the basic internal measurement established in the Pyramid itself. It is nearly the same as our modern inch.)

So when the daughters of Zelophehad petitioned Moses in the 144th chapter, and again in the 153rd chapter, and then receive it in the 204th chapter, it is all prophetic of the progression from the Elect to the Sons of God and then the completion of the divine plan.

As I have long taught, one cannot speak of the birthing of the sons of God without including the role of the woman. It takes both male and female to bring forth the sons of God. Likewise, women must be restored to their inheritance and recognized for their role in the divine plan.

Much confusion has occurred over the years from Paul’s writing in 1 Cor. 14:34-36. where Paul is thought to insist that women keep silent in the church. What people do not realize is that this passage was not Paul’s teaching. He was answering a letter from the Corinthian Church and decided to quote from it before refuting it. This would have been clear to the Corinthians, but later generations have misunderstood it to mean that Paul himself was teaching these things.

The Corinthians had written to Paul about church protocol, probably after a Jewish believer had come in and was insisting that the church follow the Jewish practice of disallowing women to speak (prophesy) in the church. Paul quotes the letter:

(34) Let the women keep silent in the churches; for they are not permitted to speak, but let them subject themselves, just as the Law also says. [What law? That was only the Jewish tradition—their interpretation of the Law.] (35) And if they desire to learn anything, let them ask their own husbands at home; for it is improper for a woman to speak in church. [End of quote]

Paul’s response to the above quotation is this:

(36) WHAT??? Did the word of God come forth from you (rather than by the Spirit)? Or did it come to you (men) only?

In other words, Paul was refuting this idea. The word of God can come from either men or women. For instance, Philip had four daughters who prophesied (Acts 21:9). Does anything think that they had to prophesy only to their husbands at home? Can they prophesy in the street but not in the church? No, Paul says that the prophetic word of God can come through both men and women.

In the Old Testament, Miriam was a prophetess (Ex. 15:20). Deborah was a prophetess (Judg. 4:4). Huldah was a prophetess (2 Kings 22:14). Isaiah married a prophetess (Isaiah 8:3), who bore him sons that were named prophetically. So it is plain that the word of God can come forth from women as well as men. I cannot speak for anyone else, but I want to hear the word of God regardless of who it comes through. And I believe that the Apostle Paul believed the same, because he was appalled (no pun intended) that the Corinthians would be swayed to think otherwise.

So the revelation from the three meetings at Manassas were partially meant to right an injustice toward women and to recognize their right to prophesy. Not many were scheduled speakers, but more than a dozen found opportunity to share. On one level, the three Manassas meetings represented the three occasions where the daughters of Zelophehad are mentioned in Scripture. Hence, this third meeting represented them receiving their inheritance.
